Ben Carrillo
Ben Carillo, 69, Augusta died Sunday, May 1, 2005.
His funeral arrangements were pending this morning with the Headley Funeral Home of Augusta.
Isabel Rome
Isabel Rome, 87, Augusta, retired Terrace Gardens certified medical aide, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2005.
Rosary at 7 p.m. Wednesday; a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, both at St. James Catholic Church in Augusta.
Viewing will be from 1 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May, 4, at Headley Funeral Chapel.
Mrs. Rome was born in Debuque on Jan. 2, 1918, the daughter of the late Peter and Josephine (Ney) Schauf. On Oct. 23, 1939, she married Charles Rome.
Her survivors are: sons, Charles and his wife, Lorrie Rome of Parkville, Mo., Eugene Rome of Kansas City, Mo., and Jim Rome of Choctaw, Okla.; daughter, Cheryl Wells of Augusta;
four grandchildren, Cindy Cornell, Christine Majors, Natalie Blom and Valorie Wells; three greatgrandchildren, Stephanie Cornell, Jessica Blom and Griffin Majors.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles and daughter, Coralie.

Benito ‘Benny’ Carrillo Sr.
Benito “Benny” Carrillo, Sr., 69, Andover, formerly of Augusta, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2005.
Rosary at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 5; Mass at 10 a.m. on Friday, both at St. James Catholic Church in Augusta.
Viewing will be Thursday, May 5, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Headley Funeral Chapel in Augusta.
Mr. Carrillo was born on July 27, 1935 in Winfield, the son of the late
Encarnacion and Savina (Guttierez) Carrillo.
He served in the United States Marine Corps and retired from Boeing as a
facility supervisor, and from Mobil Oil Refinery as a warehouse supervisor.
He also worked for the City of Augusta, as well as being a reserve police officer for the city for 25 years.
On July, 18 1964, he married Luz Cabrales in Augusta.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: son, Benito,Jr. and his wife, Andrea Carrillo of Andover; daughters, Maria Elena Carrillo and her fiance, Bob Laughlin of Wichita; Ana Maria Carrillo of Andover; brothers, Paul “Jr.” of Tucson, Ariz., Phillip of Wichita, Jesse “Bob” of Winfield, Arthur “Art” of Winfield, and Gilbert “Lito” of Wichita; sisters, Antonia Camp of Winfield, Pauline Silva of Wichita, Mary Snetsinger of Winfield; grandchildren, Benito Carrillo III, Alexsandra Carrillo, Briana Carrillo, Noah Rineheart, Nathaniel Rineheart, and Ella Carrillo, all of Andover, and Kassandra Marrero of New York, NY.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Domitila Ceballos and Amparo
Carrillo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. James Catholic Church in Augusta.
Arrangements are under the direction of Headley Funeral Chapel of Augusta.
