Beverly Sue
Nelson

Beverly Sue (Babb) Nelson, 73, Augusta, passed away Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008 at h^r son’s home.
There will be no local funeral service.
Beverly was born in Pauls Valley, Okla, on March 27, 1935 to
William and Monte (Carter) Babb. They preceded her in death. She attended Pauls Valley schools where she graduated before attending two years of college. Beverly retired from State Farm Insurance as a claims
clerk in Tulsa before moving to Augusta eight years ago.
She is survived by: sons, Steve (Donna) Madden of Tulsa, Stan (Anna) Madden of Augusta, and Ray (Sheila) Madden of Broken Arrow, Okla.; sister, Sydney (Don) Bunn of Broken Arrow; one grandson and one great-grandson.

Tommy Horton

Tommy Carl “Two Feathers” Horton, 65, Atlanta, retired Santa Fe track supervisor, passed away Oct. 17,2008.
Viewing until 7 p.m. this evening. Funeral at 710 a.m. on Wednesday, 0both at Dunsford-Zeiner Juneral Home, Augusta.
Survivors: wife. Patricia of Atlanta; son, Tommy Horton, II; daughters, Tammy " (Bernie) Botzet, Carol •Ann (Nathaniel) Archer,
all of Winfield; siblings, Lester “Buck Jr,” (Juanita) Horton of Salisaw, Okla, -John (Dorothy) Horton of Salem, Ore.; sister, Carolyn (Bob) Pond of ! Arkansas City; 13 grand-- children; three great-i grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: son, Floyd in 2001; parents Lester “Buck” and Callie (Tcigg) Horton, Sr.; brothers, Edward and Floyd Horton; sisters, Velma Drew, Marie Toon and Alice Faye.
Memorials: Harry Hynes Hospice or American Cancer Society.
