Theresa Wilson
Theresa D. Wilson, 36, Augusta, went to Heaven on March 12, 2011, after a three year battle with cancer.
Funeral arrangements are pending with Heritage Funeral Home in Andover.
She was born on April 11,1975 to Barbara and the late Mickie Taylor. She married Chris Wilson on July 25,1999, in Augusta.
She is survived by: husband, Chris; mother, Barbara Taylor; children, Alexis and Christopher of the home; Uncle Harold and Aunt Michele Roth of Augusta; brother, Chester of Wichita; in-laws, Ernest and Nellie Wilson of Oklahoma; half-sister, Cherokee; numerous family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Wilson Family fund at Emprise Bank to help defray funeral costs.
Arrangements by Heritage Funeral Home in Andover.
Hazel M. Wyatt
Hazel M. Wyatt, 82, retired switchboard operator at the VA Hospital and McConnell Air Force Base, passed away on May 8, 2011.
A service of remembrance will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 16, 2011, at Hillside Funeral Home East Chapel, Wichita.
Hazel was born on Aug. 28,1928 in Quinlan, Okla., to Russell 0. and Florence J. (Gantz) Harper. In November of 1951 she married William “Bill” Wyatt, Jr., and he survives.
Other survivors include: sons, Robert (Gayle) Wyatt and Gary Wyatt of Wichita; daughter, Sherri (Bud) Thornton of Douglass; one grandson, Michael Potter; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, C.E. and Roger Harper.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association, 608 W. Douglas, Ste. 100, Wichita, KS 67203.
