Marvin E Henlsey. 86, of Douglass, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012.
No visitation. Memorial graveside service 11 a.m. Thursday, at Douglass Cemetery, Douglass.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Grace Hensley; siblings, Larry Hensley and Connie Coombes.
He is survived by: his brother in-law, Larry Coombes; nieces and nephews, Elizabeth and Monte Hensley, Sheri (Jack) Grissom, Kevin (Angelia) Coombes; great-nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Envision, Inc. 610 N. Main St. #2 Wichita, KS 67203.

Paul M. Carr, 77, retired rural mail carrier of Douglass, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012. Visitation 1-8 p.m., family present 5-7 p.m.
Willie and Mary Carr; son, Tom Carr; granddaughter, Gracie Hall; siblings, Elton Carr, Virginia Dagel, Dale Carr and Polly Bush.
He is survived by: children, Tim Carr of Wichita, Alan Paul Carr of Kansas City, Mo. and Becky (Mark) Hall of Augusta; grandchildren, Matthieu Paul Carr, Clement Carr, Wade Hall and Taylor Hall; brothers, Darrell (Mary) Carr of Topeka and Jack Carr of Rose Hill; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial has been established with the Lupus Foundation of America, Inc. P.O. Box 418629, Boston, MA 02241-8629.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, at the Douglass Cemetery, Douglass.
He served in the US Air Force during WWII in North Africa,.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Myrtle Ann (Lockard) Reddout and son, Hershel.

Kathy Shoger, 61, Augusta, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012.
Rosary 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2012 and mass 11 a.m. Wednesday, April
25, 2012, both at St. John’s Catholic Church, El Dorado. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Augusta.
Kathy was born in Wichita on May 20,1950, to the late Dorothy (Simon) and Leo Korte.
She worked as a beautician and was a homemaker. On April 26, 1969, she married Darrel Shoger at St. James Church in Augusta and he survives.
She is also survived by: daughters, Kristi Wheeler and husband Jimmy of Augusta, Staci Brown and husband Jason of Towanda, and Kayli
Weaver and husband Joseph of Augusta; brothers, Simon Korte and wife Kay of Overland Park, and Chuck Korte and wife Deann of Augusta; grandchildren Ashton, Peyton, Madison and Corbin Wheeler; Jakob, Katelyn and Stella Brown, and Colten Weaver.
Memorial donations to Catholic Care Center.
