Evelyn Indermill
95, AUGUSTA

Evelyn Fidelia Indermill, 95, of Augusta, formerly of Wichita, retired J.C. Penney employee, passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2012.
Funeral service was held on Monday, at the Meridian Avenue Baptist Church, Wichita.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, Tom & Regina Tomquist; her first husband, Warren Segerhammar; and her second husband, Lester Indermill; son, Paul Segerhammar; grandson, Kyle Segerhammar; one brother and two sisters.
Survivors include: children, Carl (Sharon) Segerhammar, of Court-land, Sheryl (Paul) Davis, of Wichita, Joyce (Gary) Huntsperger, of Wichita, and Ann (E. Dennis) Ward, of Augusta; 10 grandchildren, 16 greatgrandchildren and 1 great-greatgrandchild.
A memorial has been established with Meridian Avenue Baptist Church, 200 N. Meridian, Wichita, KS 67203.

LaVera Peipelman
76, AUGUSTA

LaVern (Dodson) Peipelman, 76, died peacefully in her sleep at her
home in Augusta, early Monday morning.
Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends, and with her husband, whom she called “The love of my life!”
Service at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta.
LaVern grew up in McAlister, NM, and lived in Alabama, Las Cruces (NM), and California. Two years ago she moved to Kansas to spend more time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was active in her church and devoted to showing God’s love to others. Her hobbies included gardening, writing family stories, and studying the Bible. LaVern touched the lives of many with her zest for living, her love for her husband, and her love for the Lord.
She is survived by: Beverly Peipelman, her husband of 68 years; three children and their spouses, Debbie and Ron Perez, Denise and Brad Loper, and Ben Peipelman and Michele Castro; four grandchildren, Heather Mcfeaters-Holmes, Kelly Jordan, Daniel Jordan, and Joshua Jordan; and four great-grandchildren, Kyler, Tayten, Quentin, and Alyssa.
She will be buried alongside her parents, Ben and Gladys Dodson of McAlister, NM, and her brother Aaron Dodson, also from New Mexico.
