Sharon J Fraley, 71, homemaker and foster parent, of Douglass, passed away Monday, Oct. 15,2012.
Viewing from 2-8 p.m. Thursday, Hilyard-Smith Funeral Home, 507 S. Maple, Douglass. Service at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, First Baptist Church, Douglass.
She is preceded in death by her son, Curtis, brother, Michael Kaup, grandson, Robert.
Survivors: sons, Randy Fraley (Kim) of Latham, and Mark Fraley of El Dorado; daughters, Kim Morckel of Wichita, and Roxanne Matzen (John) of Round Rock, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Sue McMillan of Douglass and Cindy Cox (Ron) of Wichita.
A memorial is established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
Robert Miller
84, BLANCO, TEXAS
Robert Eugene Miller of Blanco, Texas, formerly of Augusta, passed away on Oct.15, 2012.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18, at Dunsford Funeral
Home, Augusta.
Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 19, at the Towan-da Cemetery.
He was born May 12, 1928, in Augusta. His mother, Lillian Stevenson and father, Clarence Miller and, his stepfather Ora Stevenson preceded him in death.
Also preceding him in death were his wife, Venita (Feemster) Miller of Augusta, and his brother Norman Miller, of Beaumont, Texas.
His surviving relatives are: his daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Steve Jones of Wichita; son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Cathy Miller, of Blanco, Texas; grandchildren, Emily Forsberg of Wichita, Mason Miller of Austin, Texas and Jody Roberts, also of Austin, Texas; five great-grandchildren; his brother Ray Miller, formerly of El Dorado, who now lives in Crowley, Texas.
Mr. Miller was retired, but had worked at the Mobil refinery in Augusta and 27 years as a civil service employee at McConnell AFB. His favorite activities were hunting and fishing.
A memorial has been established with the First Christian Church, 1600 State Street, Augusta, KS 67010, or in care of the funeral home.
