Roger ‘Rod’ Weymouth
63, AUGUSTA

Roger Mitchell ’’Rod" Weymouth, 63, of Augusta, passed peacefully on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, after suffering complications related to long term ailments,
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, in the Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta. His ashes will be interred next to his parents, Gordon and Jean Weymouth, at the Wixson Memorial Gardens at the Gilford Community Church Cemetery in Gilford, New Hampshire in the spring.
His survivors include: a sister, Virginia Mc-Clanahan and her husband Kevin, of Maitland, Fla., and a brother, Donald Weymouth and his wife Amy, of Holden, Mass.; four nephews and nieces, Brian Gentile and his wife Michele, Tracy Gentile, Drew Weymouth and his wife Lauralyn, and Elizabeth Matos and her husband Gil; six grand nephews and one grand niece; an uncle and aunt, John and Norma Cragin.
He was a wrestler in high school and an avid duckpin bowler advanc-
ing to the national championship as a youth. He also leaves his employer, landlord and adopted family of Paul and Wanda Schellhom of Augusta.
Rod graduated from Francis T. Maloney High school in Meriden, Conn, in 1967 and attended Middlesex Community College. He served in the U.S.
Navy and was based in the ] Philippines and Morocco, as well as at sea off the coast of Vietnam. In Meriden, he worked at Preece’s Garage after being discharged from the Navy, then on to Paint By Wayne, and eventually owned Rod's Auto and TVuck Service, specializing in auto electronics. He raced both oval track and drag throughout Connecticut and was an avid follower of NASCAR. He relocated to Augusta, 10 years ago and worked at Schellhorn Roofing while volunteering at many venues, including various computer security forums: CNET's Virus & Security Forum, the Alliance of Security Professionals, Calendar of Updates, Log'n'Rock computer Security, Nut'n Works, and Lanzdown. He followed the Wichita State University shockers sports teams, especially the women’s softball team and was a frequent visitor to the Tanganyika Wildlife Park and the Sedgwick County Zoo, both in Wichita.
Rod volunteered at the American Legion Post 189, the Augusta Arts Theatre, the Augusta Historical Museum, and was an avid member of the Kansas branch of Red Sox Nation and a canvasser for the Jimmy Fund, which supports Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

63, AUGUSTA
Roy F. Linck, 63, of Augusta, passed away Sunday,Nov. 18, 2012.
Service 11 a.m.Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta.
Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta.
Roy was born in Wichita, on March 25,1949, to the late LaVone Elaine (Grunwald) and J. Frank Linck. He was also preceded in death by his brother James Linck. Roy enjoyed fishing, hunting, farming, boating, and was a big fan of astrology and science-fiction. He was also an avid book reader and strong supporter of Kansas college sports. He worked as a jig builder at Boeing and Spirit for over 35 years. On May 21, 1983 at All Faiths Wedding Chapel in Wichita he married Connie (Hendricks) Linck, who survives him.
He is also survived by: son, Kyle Linck and daughter, Katie Linck of Augusta; brother, Steve Linck of Wichita; sister, Connie Basquez of Augusta; and numerous extended family members.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may go to Augusta Community Caring Center.
