Patsy A, Jones, 79

Patsy Ann (Scott) Jones, 79, Augusta, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2014, at the Harry Hynes Inpatient Unit.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18. Funeral service will beheld at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Dunlap Cemetery, Rose Hill.
A memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, in care of Dunsford Funeral Home.

Jane L. Bowen, 93

Former longtime Augusta resident Jane L. Bowen, 93, died on Friday, June 6, 2014 in Davis, Calif.
A memorial service will be held on a date yet to be determined.
Jane was bom in White County, Ark. on Sept. 1, 1920 to Arthur O. and VemaS. Liles. She served in the Army (WAAC) during WWII, worked for Western Union following the war, and then for Beech Aircraft, where she retired after nearly 30 years. During retirement, Jane enjoyed watercolor painting and travel. She lived in Alaska for several years, seeing the sights and visiting family.
She is survived by: son, Bo Bowen (Jacky) of California; granddaughter, Sarah Fay (Ron); three great-grandchildren, James, John, and Meghan of Wisconsin, as well as numerous loving cousins in Kansas and Arkansas.
