Catherine Marshall
Catherine N. Marshall, 78, of Augusta, died Monday, May 4,
1998.
Her funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.
She was born Dec. 17, 1919 in Lincoln County, Kan. to Peter J. and Loretta (Kletchka)
Gorges.
Survivors include husband, J. Max Marshall; sons, Jim of San Francisco, Calif., Gary of Sublette, and sister, Mary Marshall of New Jersey.
Mary Watson
Mary Kate Watson, 84, died Tuesday, May 5, 1998.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Elmwood Cemetery.
She was a former waitress and Boeing Wichita inspector.
She was born on June 30, 1913 in Mansfield, Texas to Joseph A. and Tonnie Katherine (Spearman) Lane.
She married Edward Bert Watson in El Dorado on Dec. 20, 1930. He preceded her in death in 1993.
Survivor is daughter, Karen Rohr of Winfield.
Memorial has been established with Riverview Nursing Home, 200 S. Ohio, Oxford, KS 67119.
Betty Reid
Betty Reid, 72, of Augusta, died Wednesday, May 6, 1998 at Via Christi St. Joseph, Wichi-ta.
Services were pending this morning with Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.
