Cyvylla Simpson

Cyvylla Simpson, 74, of Augusta, homemaker, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1999.
Graveside services are 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 23 in Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta.
She was born May 6, 1924, in Matfield Green to Dan and Hazel (Underwood) Becker.
She married Robert Simpson Sept. 5, 1942 in Valley Center.
Survivors include: husband Robert; daughter Karen Fisher of Augusta; brother Russell Becker of Derby; parents Dan Becker and Hazel Underwood; three grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
Memorial has been established with the Senior Center, 640 Osage, Augusta, Ks. 67010.
Services arranged by Hillside Funeral Home, Augusta.

Roy T. Densmore

Former Augustan Roy T. Densmore, 89, of Mission, Texas, retired Mobil Oil employee, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999.
Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, in Elmwood Cemetery.
A remembrance service was held in Mission, Texas, on Sun-dayman. 10.
He was born Feb. 20, 1910 in Holton to George Franklin and Nellie M. Densmore.
He marreid Mabel E. Jones April 25, 1931 in Augusta.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for 45 years and a 32nd Degree Mason.
Survivors include: wife, Mabel; sons Wesley of Cambria, Calif., Donald of Lake Elsinore, Calif.; daughters Jane L. McLemore of Wells Point, Texas; daughter-in-law Leihl of Denver, Colo.; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by son Richard in 1975.

Joseph Hutter

Joseph Henry Hutter, 75, of Augusta, retired Mobil Oil area supervisor, died Friday, Jan. 8, 19".
Service will by held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, in the First Christian Church of Augusta. Visitation will be until 8 this evening and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. He will be buried in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mr. Hutter was born July 26, 1923 in Rock to Andrew C. and Flora Sapp Hutter.
He married Betty Wilson May 29, 1943 in Augusta.
He served in the Army in World War II.
Survivors include: wife, Betty; son Terry Hutter of Sand-springs, Okla.; daughters Merry Lou Gumm of Derby; cousins Clarence Walworth of Augusta, Paul Jones of Calif.; three grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brothers John and Clinton; sisters Ethel ‘Tiny’ Wilson, Viola Blakenship; Edith Buddette; Maude Stroud; and Bertha Reaves.
Service arranged by Dunsford Funeral Home.

Wilbur “Jack” Burger, 86, of Wichita, retired Mobil Oil distributer, father of Imogene Drin-nen of Augusta, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 1999.
Service is 11 a.m. Friday at Hillside Funeral Home East.
Other survivors include: sons, Leon of Lincoln, Neb., Larry of El Dorado, Gary of Wichita; sister, Agnes Mechlenstedt of Marysville; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorial has been established with the American Cancer Society.
