Barbara Fitzgerald

Barbara Louise Fitzgerald, 48, of Village of Embarrass, Wis., daughter of Margaret “Marge” Byrd of Augusta, died July 4, 2001.
A graveside service was held on July 8.
Ms. Fitzgerald lived most of her life in the Waupaca County, Wis. area. She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Fitzgerald.
Ms. Fitzgerald is survived by mother and stepfather, Marge and DaVon “Bonnie” Byrd. of Augusta; brother, Mark Fitzgerald of Memphis, Tenn.; sister, Sharon Blessing of Tulsa, Okla.; three nieces; one nephew; several aunts and uncles.

Donna Teegarden

Donna Sue Teegarden, 72, of Kingman, formerly of Augusta, retired legal secretary, died Sunday, July 15, 2001.
Her service will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 17, at Christ Church Episcopal.
Mrs. Teegarden is survived by her husband, Floyd; son, Tom of Garden Plain; daughter, Lynne Bailey of Wichita; brother, Walter Whitlock of Cedarvale; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Raymond and Faye Teegarden of Augusta; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Memorials have been established with Kingman County Cancer Care Group and Christ Church Episcopal. Livingston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Lucille Thomason

Lucille Thomason, 87, Augusta, homemaker, died today, July 13,2001.
Her service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, July 16, at Victory Worship Center. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 15, at Dunsford Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Thomason.
Mrs. Thomason is survived by sons , James of Augusta, Curtis “Bud” of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Judy Powers of Augusta; eight grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta is in charge of arrangements.

Roger L. Weber

Roger L. Weber, 59, of Hutchinson, Weber Seeding truck driver died Thursday, July 12,2001.
Visitation with family will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, July 16; service at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, both at Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta.
Mr. Weber is survived by sons, Timothy of Augusta, George, Roger Jr., Jeremy Joy all of Hutchinson; daughters, Penny Jones of Rose Hill, Marcella Weber, Jennifer Weber both of Hutchinson; brother, Dennis of Chase; sister, Judith Watson of Augusta; three grandchildren

Lois E. Dennett

Lois Edith Dennett, 71,Winfield, former resident of Augusta, homemaker and Good Samaritan Village medication aide, died Wednesday, July 18, 2001.
Her service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2001, at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Interment will be in the Wilmot (Kan.) Cemetery. Visitation with family will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today, July 20.
Mrs. Dennett is survived by sons, Larry of McPherson, Stanley of Miami, Fla., Howard of Wichita, Charles of Winfield; daughters, Roxanne Gregory of Ness City, Theresa Dennett of Wichita, Sherrie Conklin of Burden; 23 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; numerous other relatives.
A memorial has been established with Hospice Care. Miles Funeral Service in Winfield is in charge of arrangements. ___________

Hazel Kinnamon

Hazel Alice Kinnamon, 94, of Cortez, Colo., formerly of Augusta, former teacher, died Saturday, July 14, 2001.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. and with family from 7 to 8 p.m. today, July 19.
Her service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Augusta. Interment will follow at the Douglass (Kan.) Cemetery.
Mrs. Kinnamon was born on July 16, 1906 in Moorhead, Minn., to the late Nels A. and Maud (Woods) Isaac.
She was preceded in death by husband, Paul Kinnamon in 1989; son, Francis Kinnamon in 1990 and two sisters.
Mrs. Kinnamon is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Vincent Stewart of Wichita, Ann and Robert Gray of Cortez, Colo.; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Memorials have been established with Cortez First United Methodist Church and Augusta First United Methodist Church.
