Patricia D. Self, 46, was found dead at a fire scene east of Augusta on Tuesday. Her daughter and a boyfriend have been charged with first degree murder in connection with Mrs. Self’s death. There was no word from authorities today on the cause of the fire. Some of the fire damage can be seen below.

Her funeral will be at 10:30 Monday, March 25, at the Augusta First Assembly of God Church, 3626 N. Ohio.
Mrs. Self was a Missionette Leader and New Hope Christian Academy Monitor.
Survivors: husband, Roger of the home; daughters, Olivia Dawn Eagleson of Augusta. Jennifer Lynne Self of Augusta; son, Stephen Michael Self of Augusta; sister, Lisa Elizabeth Cuff of Eagle River, Alaska; brother, Gerald Stephen Queen of Augusta; father, Gerald Wesley Queen of Manistique, Mich., and mother, Mary Alice Queen of Manistique, Mich.
Memorials have been established with Bank of America, 645 State, Augusta and First Assembly of God Church, 3626 N. Ohio, Augusta.
Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta is in charge of arrangements.

Friday, April 5, 2002.
His memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow, April 9, in Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.
Survivors: wife, Debra of Augusta; son, Ryan of El Dorado; mother, Isabel Davidson of Wichita; sister, Lois Lynn of Wichita; nephews, Eric Lynn, Dylan Lynn, Cameron Lynn.

Vanessa Raine Falley, infan daughter of Brenna Desire Falley of Augusta and grand-daughter of Lewis Falley of Augusta, died Monday, April 15, 2002.

Raymond E. “Papa” Hills, 80, of Sioux City, Iowa, retired truck driver, formerly of Kansas, died Monday, April 1, 2002.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow, April 4, at Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta. Rev. Amos
Williams, former pastor of the Church of the Nazarene will officiate.
Military graveside rites will be by. the VFW Post 6746 and the American Legion Post 189.
He served with the United States Army-Air Force during World War II.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel of Sioux City, Iowa is in charge of arrangements.
