Maggie L. Henman

Maggie L. Henman, 88 Augusta, died Wednesday Jan. 1, 2003
Her graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow, Jan. 3, at Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta.
Maggie L. Looman was born June 7, 1914 in Hobart, Okla., to Harry and Merle Looman.
She was a .member of First Baptist Church of Augusta, and the Tri-C Sunday School Class.
Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Margie and Johnny McCarthy of El Dorado; sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Mary Lou Taylor of El Dorado, Stephen Henman of Las Vegas, Nev., David and Susan Henman of Augusta; step-son,
Wayne and wife Mary Henman Arkansas; 17 grandchildren-numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren She was preceded in death bv Parents, three brothers, two sis-ters, husband, E. W. Henman, and son, Roger Taylor.
Memorial established with First Baptist Church Preschool, 1501 State St. Augusta.
Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta has charge of the arrangements.

Nadine Brown

Nadine Brown, 82, Augusta, homemaker and retired Wesley Hospital nurse’s aide, died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003.
Her funeral service was held today, Jan. 6, at Hillside Funeral Home Chapel in Augusta.
She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Cora Turner Offill; son, Gary Brown; husband, E.T. “Abe” Brown; sister, Maxine Cline.
She is survived by sister, Nathalee Garrett of Augusta.
A memorial has been established with the First Baptist Church of Augusta, 1501 State.
Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta handled the arrangements.

Ida M. Blackston

Ida M. Blackston, 94, Augusta, homemaker, died Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003.
Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow, Jan.7, at Plumlee Church in Compton, Ark.
Survivors include: son, Bennie of Augusta; one grandchild; two great-grandchildren.
Memorial established with Cumberland Community Church, 5467 S.W. 157th Terrace, Douglass, 67039.
Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta handled the arrangements.

Frances A. Busick

Frances A. Busick, 73, Augusta, homemaker, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2002.
Funeral service were held Friday, Jan. 3, at Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel in Augusta.
Survivors include: sons, John Austin of Armour, Jimmy Austin of Kansas City, Kan., Jack McCanles of Augusta; daughters, Janette Busick, Janice Lippincott, both of El Dorado; brothers, Sanford Smith of Bentonville, Ark., Jimmy Smith of Houston, Texas; sister, Martha Eblem of Augusta; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial established with Hospice Care of Kansas, 115 W. Central, El Dorado, 67042.
Dunsford Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.

Anderson, Blade Bryson Wade, 4 months, died Saturday, Jan. 4,2003. Servicd 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dunsford Funeral Home.
Survivors: mother, Patricia I. Anderson, sister, Patricia Ann Anderson, both at home; grandfather, Zeb Harrington of Augusta. Memorials established with Blade Bryson Wade Anderson Memorial Fund, c/o Dunsford Funeral Home, P.O. Box 26, Augusta, KS 67010 and SIDS Network of Kansas, 1148 S. Hillside, Suite 10, Wichita, KS 67211.

David Schoenhofer

David W. Schoenhofer, 80, Wichita, retired Schoenhofer Construction Co. owner, brother of Earl Schoenhofer of Augusta, died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003.
His funeral service was held today, Jan. 6, followed by burial at St. Francis Cemetery in St. Paul.
Other survivors include: daughter, Carrie Rose Bennett of Wichita; brothers, Charles of Wichita, Larry of Eureka Springs, Ark., Art of Andover, Bill of Lyons; sisters, Margaret Stevens, Claire Ryan, both of Wichita, Peggy Otis of Littleton, Colo.; one granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to God’s Food Pantry, 1209 N. Indiana, Wichita, 67214.
Downing and Lahey Mortuary East of Wichita had charge of the arrangements.
