Martin Ray Galvan
Martin Ray Galvan, 52, Augusta, lead Quality Assurance inspector with Boeing Aircraft, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003.
His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27 at Hillside
Funeral Home East Chapel, 935 N. Hillside in Wichita. There will be a military burial at Maple
Grove Cemetery in Wichita.
Survivors include: wife, Marcia J. Galvan of Augusta; stepson and wife, Wes and Kelli Nungesser of Winfield; daughter, Stacy Parduhn of Los Angeles, Calif.; brother, John Galvan of Wichita; sister and husband, Maria and Ralph Kelly of Derby; three grandchildren; two nieces; two nephews; two great nephews.
He was a 32 degree Mason, a member of Albert Pike Masonic Lodge #303, and a veteran member of the 82nd Airborne, United States Army, Ft. Bragg, N.C.

Otha Lee Byrd, Jr., 73, Wichita, father of David and wife, Kathy Byrd of Augusta, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, at Immanuel Baptist Church in Wichita.
Other survivors include: wife, Pat of the home; son, Mark Byrd of Wichita; daughters, Pam Davis, Sherry Roeser, both of Wichita; sisters, Pauline Wise of Houston, Kay Camarco of Barstow, Calif.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Memorial established with Immanuel Baptist Church, 1415 S. Topeka, Wichita.
Broadway Mortuary of Wichita has charge of the arrangements.
Gracie L. Keirsey
Gracie L. Keirsey, 77, Wichita, retired Truesdell Junior High School food service employee, mother of Betty Scott of Augusta, died Friday, Jan. 24, 2003.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow, Jan. 28, at Cochran Mortuary, 1411 N. Broadway, Wichita.
Other survivors include: son, Russell of Wichita; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchil-dren.
Memorial established with American Cancer Society, 435 S. Broadway, Suite 100, Wichita, 67202.
Cochran Mortuary of Wichita has charge of the arrangements.
Milton Shannon Fry
Milton Shannon Fry, 79, Hutchinson, retired Kansas Department of Transportation 5th District Engineer, brother of Lowell Fry of Augusta, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003.
His graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at Maud Cemetery in Cunningham. There will be a memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Trinity United Methodist Church in Hutchinson.
Visitation with family 6 to 8 p.m. today, Jan. 24, at Elliott Mortuary in Hutchinson.
Other survivors include: wife, Mary Elizabeth; children, James Milton Fry of El Dorado, Marilee Ann Kruse of Sterling, Dr. Timothy Shannon Fry of Emporia; six grandchildren.
Memorial established with Trinity United Methodist Church Parking Lot Fund.
