Gida Elma Perisho, 88, Raymore,Mo., formerly of Douglass, died Friday, Jan. 17, 2003.
Visitation from 2 to 8 p.m. today, 9 to 11 a.m. tomorrow, Hilyard-Smith Funeral Home; service will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Douglass First Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.Allen Perisho; son, Jack Kim Perisho; brother, Wilbur L. Stone; sister, Mildred J. Lill.
Survivors include: sons, Dr. Jerry Allen Perisho of Fairbanks, Alaska, Bret Perisho of Nashville, Tenn.; daughter, Nancy Mills of Prairie Village; eight grandchildren; 17 greatgrandchildren; niece.
Memorial established with Jack Kim Perisho Scholarship Fund c/o Emporia State University, 1500 Highland, Emporia, 66801-5018.

Dean McConahay, 83, Muscatine, Iowa, retired Purina Foods driver, uncle of Lolita Zerbe of Augusta, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2003.
Graveside services will be held in Muscatine.
Thane B. Chase
Thane B. Chase, 67, retired accountant for Chase Enterprises Inc., Wichita, died Thursday, Jan. 16, 2003.
His funeral service was held today at Central Baptist Church.
Survivors: sons, Frank B. Chase of Valley Center, Thane B. Chase, Jr. of Glendale, Ariz.; daughter, Janet Elaine Chase of Wichita; brother, Athol C. Chase of Plains; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Memorial established with Central Baptist Church Building Fund.

Francis Anthony Meyers, 87, Augusta, retired Coca Cola Bottling Co. maintenance mechanic, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003.
Her funeral services were pending this morning.

Phyllis L. Patteson
Phyllis L. Patteson, 78, Augusta, homemaker, died Monday, Jan. 20, 2003.
Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, at First Baptist Church. Interment will be at 2 p.m. at the cemetery in Elk Fails.
Visitation will be possible from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Jan. 22, at Dunsford Funeral Home.
She was a retired receiving inspector for Raytheon Aircraft and a researcher at Prairie State Bank.
Survivors include: sons, John D. Patteson of Aurora, Colo., Russell Lowell Patteson of Augusta; daughters, Carol
Leona Foster of Tulsa, Doris Ann Hammons of Leon; brothers, Rex Dutton of Andover, Charles Dutton of Augusta; sister, Barbara Walters of Andover; 12 grandchildren; 18 greatgrandchildren.
