Freda Jean Cochran

Freda Jean Cochran, 77,
mother and mother-in-law of Linda and Evan Middleton of Augusta,
passed away at Lakepoint Nursing Center in Augusta on Monday, Feb. 14, 2005.
Graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday,
Feb. 18, in Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko, Okla.
Other survivors include: sister, Jan Siefkes of Wichita; brother, Mac
Gardner of Oklahoma City; two grandchildren; one great-grandson.
Arrangements are under the direction of Steverson Funeral Home in Anadarko, Okla.

Dale R. DeMoss

Dale Robert DeMoss, 20, Andover, brother and brother-in-law of Cari and Sean Dull of Augusta, died on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, at Faith Baptist Church in Andover.
Other survivors include: father, Dwight DeMoss; mother, Tammy DeMoss; brothers and sisters, Mary DeMoss of McPherson, Krystle DeMoss of Andover; David DeMoss of Wichita, Jerry Clutter of Viola, Chris DeMoss of Andover; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by: grandfathers, Dale Robert DeMoss and Hugh H. Kelley;
grandmother, Mary E. Spires. A memorial fund has been established c/o Dale Robert DeMoss Fund, Andover State Bank.
Lakeview Mortuary of Wichita has charge of the arrangements.

Warren Woods

Warren G. Woods, 83, Wichita, retired Beechcraft engineer, father of David Woods of Augusta, died Tuesday, Feb. 22,2005.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, at Lakeview Funeral Chapel in Wichita.
Other survivors are: wife, Norma; son, Mike of Liberal; one grandson.
He was preceded in death by first wife, Gen and son, Steven.
A memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Hospice.
Lakeview Mortuary of Wichita has charge of the arrangements.

Elbert L. Chappell

Elbert L. Chappell, 79, Augusta, retired Mobil boiler room employee, farmer and rancher, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2005.
Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter, Mo.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening at Headley Funeral Chapel in Augusta. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Mo.
His survivors are: wife, Donna; sons, Tom of Naples, Fla. and James
“Butch" and wife Judy of Chanute; brothers, J.E. of Aurora, Mo., and John of Cassville, Mo.; sisters, Doris Mark of Fairview, Mo., Dorothy Lemons and Jeanie Scott of Exeter, Mo.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Mr. Chappell was born on March 27, 1925 in Butterfield, Mo. to Leslie and Eliza (Hillburn Chappell.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary Sapp and Evalee Rogers, and daughter-in-law, Linda Chappell.
