Lawrence E. “Larry” Schreiber, 59, Augusta, passed away this morning.
Service arrangements are pending with Headley Funeral Chapel in Augusta.
Martha L. Morrow
Martha L. Morrow, 83, El Dorado died Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at Wheatstate
Manor Nursing home in Whitewater, Kansas.
The Celebration of her life will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 14, at the First Christian Church in El Dorado.
Martha was born March 15, 1923 in Towanda, the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Ella Mae (Whinery) McCulloch.
She attended schools in Towanda, graduating from Towanda High School. She also attended Butler County College.
She has spent all of her life in Butler County area. She traveled by train to St. Louis to marry Dale Morrow on Dec. 28, 1942.
He was stationed there serving his country in the United States Army during WWII. She was a longtime employee of Butler County serving
in the Register of Deeds office and later as the Clerk for the District Court and retiring in 2003.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church but had recently attended the First Christian Church. She was active in the Democratic Party. She was a caregiver having taken care of her mother, husband, and sister. She loved being with her grandchildren.
Surviving family include three sons; Danny and his wife Kathy Morrow, Terry and his wife Sheila Morrow, both of El Dorado and Roger and his wife, Nancy Morrow of Wichita; niece, Dena Elliott of Wichita; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grand-children.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dale
in 1986, her twin sister, Millie, and one brother Walter McCullough.
A memorial has been established with the American Lung Association. Contributions may be left with the Kirby-Morris Funeral Home in El Dorado. Condolences may be left at www.kirbymorrisfuneral-home.com.

Lawrence E. “Larry” Schreiber, 59, Augusta,
retired delivery service supervisor at the Augusta Post Office, went home to be with his Lord, on Wednesday, July 12, 2006.
Memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, at. Central Christian Church Worship Center, 2900 N. Rock Rd., Wichita.
Larry was born in Hammond, Ind. on Sept. 26, 1946. He was the son of Clarence and Dorothy (Gehrke) Schreiber. On Aug. 12, 1967, he married Melody Garmon in
Hammond. She survives. Other survivors include: son, Derrick Schreiber and his wife, Rikki of Derby; daughter, Kelley Allen of Augusta; his mother, Dorothy Schreiber of Albuquerque, N.M.; brothers, John Schreiber of Albuquerque and Emil Schreiber of Andover; sister, Virginia Dery of Johannesburg, South Africa; grandchildren, Ryan, Ali, Jake, Bryce Schreiber and Jack Allen.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may go to the American Cancer Society or to Hospice Care of Kansas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Headley Funeral Chapel in Augusta.

John Riley Eytcheson, 94, Augusta, retired City Service Natural Gas Company welder, died on Friday, July 14, 2006.
Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, at Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta.
Those attending should use the 12th Street entrance to the cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, July17 at Dunsford Zeiner Funeral Home, Augusta.
He was born on Oct. 23, 1911 in Wagoner, Okla., the son of Benjamin and Mary Florence (Dobson).
Eytcheson. He married Evelyn Rebecca Eades on Dec. 24, 1930.
She preceded him in death in March 1999.
His survivors include: son, Marvin Eytcheson of Augusta; daughters, Wanda Catron of Cherryvale, Barbara Harvey of Augusta, and Carolyn Powers of Kincaid; sister, Beulah Os’born of Independence; 12 grandchildren; 23 greatgrandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Augusta First Christian Church and Lakepoint Nursing Center.
Arrangements are under the direction of Dunsford Zeiner Funeral Home, Augusta.
