Martha E. Wyss
Martha E. Wyss, 90 of Burns died Wednesday Dec. 21,2006.
Celebration of her life was held this morning at Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Burns. Burial will follow at the Ebenezer Cemetery.
Martha was born July 26,1916 in Potwin, the daughter of Aaron and Matilda (Kraf) Criger. She attended school at Wilcox School. She married William Wyss on Nov. 2, 1938 in Burns at the Methodist Parsonage. He preceded her in death in 2003. She took care of Ebenezer United Methodist church from 1977-1994. Martha loved to sew, fish, cook, bake and play with the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving family include sons Darrell and wife Virginia Wyss, Alan Wyss
and Clifford and wife Cynthia Wyss; daughters Sharon and husband Dan Beilis and Loretta and husband Don Patterson; one sister, Nora Moore; nine grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
A memorial has been established with the Ebenezer United Methodist Church. Contributions may be left with the Kirby-Morris Funeral Home who is assisting the family with their arrangements. Condolences may be sent to www.kirby-morrisftmeralhome.com.

Maxine Bolman, 97, Albuquerque, N.M., passed away on Monday, Dec. 18, 2006.
Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday,
Dec. 28, at St. Stephen’s United Methodist Church, 4601 Juan Tabo, N E Albuquerque.
She was born on April 12, 1909 in Alt, Colo.
She, her brother, and parents moved to Augusta, where she resided until 1994. She became a resident at La Vida Llena in Albuquerque until her passing.
Maxine was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Book Club in Augusta. She was an active member of P.E.O. for 75 years and a member of the Chapter AN in Albuquerque.
She is survived by: her twin daughters, Joanne (John) Johnston of Corrales, N.M. and Janice (Thomas) Witherspoon of Glendale, Calif.; three step-children; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
French Mortuary in Albuquerque has direction of the arrangements.

Robert J. “Bob” Rountree, 83, Augusta, passed away this morning. Funeral service arrangements are pending with Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta.
