June Davison
June Arlene (Noeller) Davison, 74, Augusta, retired nurses aide passed away Monday, Aug. 18, 2008 in her home.
Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. on Friday, with the funeral service following at 11:00 a.m., both at Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home West Chapel.
June was born July 13, 1934 in rural Butler County to George Frederick and Lela Prudence (Stephenson) Noeller. She married Otis W. Davison on June 21, 1979 in Newkirk, Okla.
Survivors: sons, Dennis (Lorrie) Emery, Augusta, James (Kerri) Emery, Wichita; daughter, Rose (Dennis) Fowler, Augusta; brothers, James (Ellen) Noeller, Sedgwick, Ellis Noeller, Salina; sister, Jessie MacKay, Lincoln; nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
June was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Lloyd Emery and many brothers and sisters.
Memorial established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in care of the funeral home.

Lois E. Smith
Lois E. (Corbin) Smith, 100, Wichita, retired school teacher of 40 years, died on Aug. 18, 2008.
Visitation at 9 a.m., followed by funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23, at Mission Chapel Mausoleum, Wichita.
She spent 26 years teaching at College Hill Elementary School in Wichita and was a world traveler, visiting over 54 countries.
She is survived by: well over 1,000 students and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Frank and Jessie Corbin of rural Augusta;
her husband,W.H. Smith; nine brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Family Life Center, Central Baptist Church, 742 SW Church Rd., Augusta, KS, 67010.
Arrangements by Old Mission Mortuary, Wichita.
Louise Schminke
Louise Schminke, 75, Wichita, died on Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008, after an extended illness.
There will be a private family service.
Louise was born on March 22,1933, near Sublette, the daughter of George Raymond Trahern and Frances Irene Staple-ton Trahern. She was united in marriage on June 21, 1952 to Carl Schminke at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Dodge City. She was a member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha and founded the Augusta Holiday Tour of Homes. She also volunteered playing piano for residents of numerous nursing homes in Wichita, Augusta, and
Derby. Louise took great pride in the accomplishments of her husband, a retired band director, children and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by: children, Cheri Turner (Craig) of Wichita, Eric Schminke (Diane) of Dodge City, Kirk Schminke (Susan) of Derby; grandchildren, Brandon Schminke (Shel-lie), Elyse Schminke, Josh Turner, Sara Turner, Katie Schminke, Troy
Schminke, and Devin Schminke.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, the Friends University Percussion Ensemble, or the Wichita State Music Theatre Department.
