Martha Lee (Smith) Eblen, 76, retired Cessna employee passed away
Monday, Jan. 19, 2009 in Wichita.
Viewing 1-6 p.m. with visitation from 6-8 p.m. on Friday,
at Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home, Augusta. Funeral service at 1 p;m; on Saturday, January 24 at Prairie Hills Baptist Church, 9959 SW Pampas Road, Augusta.
Martha was born on
Jan. 30,1932 in Wilmore, Kan. to Charles and Edith (Snell) Smith. She married Charles Eblen on Dec. 30, 1963 in Miami, Okla. Martha also worked for Pepsi-Cola as a bottle inspector and on the line at Meadow Gold Dairy.
Survivors include: husband,Charles of the home; sons, Dennis (Paula) Bunker of Wichita, Gene (Karen) Bunker of Dodge City, Cary (Cheryl) Bunker of Nowata, Okla.; brothers, Sandford (Della) Smith, Bentonville, Ark. and Jim (Virginia) Smith of Irving, Texas; 10 grand-chidlren and eight greatgrandchildren.
Memorials to Prairie Hills Baptist Church, Augusta.

Lillie “June” Gilbert Windell, 75 retired hospital housekeeper, passed away Sunday, Jan. 18, 2009.
Gresham Funeral Chapel in Gresham, Ore. to handle funeral arrangements and interment on Monday, Jan. 26,2009.
Survivors include: sons, David (Teresa) Adams and George Adams and Gordon Windell, Jr.; daughter, Joanne Grant; brother, David (Colleen) Gilbert ; four grandchildren.

Visitation 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Graveside service 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009 at Fairview Cemetery,

L Susan was born on March 25, 1950 in Milwaukee, Wise.; the daughter
of the late George William and Nell Hazel (Morris). She had worked as a
nurse's aide and volunteered for the American Red Cross as well as being a homemaker. On Dec. 22, 1973 she married John Archambeau and he survives.
She is also survived by a sister, Beverly Borgers of Blue Springs, Mo. and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial to Susan D. Archambeau Memorial Fund c/o John Archambeau (Fidelity Bank) to help with expenses.
Arrangements by Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta.

Charles "Charlie" Ash. 71, Gilbert, Ariz., passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009.
Family will receive friends until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27, followed with a memorial service at 4 p.m., all at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park Chapel in Mesa, Ariz.
He is survived by: his wife, Shirley Ash; sister, Lois (Raymond) Bird of Augusta; his niece and great-nieces, Stephanie Bird of Wichita, Kelsey Bird and Savannah Bird of Augusta; nephew, Brian (Shannon) Bird of Augusta; aunt, Virginia Cooper of Pueblo, Colo.; uhcle, Eugene Ruddick of Pueblo, Colo.
Donations may be made to American Diabetes Association.

Helen L. Madden, 87, Ann Arbor, Mich.,formerly of Augusta, passed away Jan. 14, 2009.
A memorial service was held and burial was in Highland Cemetery in Yp-silanti, Mich.
Survivors include: son,, Bill V. (Cheryl) Madden; daughter, Phyllis M. Madden; two granddaughters; four
great-grandchi ldren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Lora Van Horn; husband, John D. Madden; two sisters, Ermol Carter and Irene Parry.
