Philip L. King, Sr.
Philip L. King Sr., 87, of Augusta, died Tuesday, Dec.15, 2009.
Visitation today until 4 p.m. Graveside service Monday at 2 p.m., Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Goddard.
Survivors include: son, Philip King, Jr.; daughters, Judith Huddleston and Donna King, step sister, Mary Lou Carpenter; step brothers, Jerry, Bobby, and Jimmy King, and Wesley Pitchford. 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Virginia and sister, Dorothy Ford.
Arrangements Culbert-son-Smith Mortuary, Wichita.
Christian Church, where she taught Sunday school for the 4 and 5 year-old class for about 30 years. She loved being with her family and friends and playing with all her grandchildren and great, great, great nephews and nieces.
She is survived by foster daughters, Lois Forward and Alberta Price and her husband Ricky; grandchildren, Trina (Billy) Mortin, Beverly, Derek, Timothy and Jonathan Man, Amanda and her husband Anthony, Isabella, Tanya, Dustin, Katie and her husband Josh, Andrew, Michael; great-grandchildren, Gabrielle, Kristin, Nichole, Christopher, Jeremiah, Bradley, Stephen, Raymond, Kaden, Kyra, Celene, Sidney, Dean, and Elana; nephew, Gary Born and niece Katie Garrett; great-nephew, Rob Garrett and his wife Sonia; great-niece, Genie Reed and her husband Drew; great- great-nephews, Justin and Ryan Wilson, Corey Reed; great-great nieces, Ashley Wilson, Sara, and Erin Reed; great-great-great nephews, Jacob, Corey, and Tyler.

the daughter of Arthur and Margaret Mary (Murphy) Kerkhoff. She married Glenn Ludlow on Jan. 23, 1940 in Hutchinson.
Survivors include: children, Gayle (Jerry)
Weber, Michael (Sheri) Ludlow, all of Wichita, Kathleen (John) Weber of Colwich, Mark Ludlow of Augusta; and Patrick (Donna) Ludlow of Andover; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn and two grandchildren.
