Deaths & Services
N. Louise Bybee
N. Louise Bybee, 76, Bel Aire, formerly of Augusta, passed away on
Friday, April 9, 2010 at her home.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 15, all at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta.
Louise was born in Augusta on July 9,1933, the daughter of the late George Carruthers and Alice Lema (Sheppard) Snider. She worked as an executive secretary for Tommy Vickers.
She is survived by: son, Robert Thornton and wife, Kathy of Shell
Knob, Mo.; daughter, Jeanice Lewis and husband, Dennis of Augusta; grandchildren, Todd (Jennifer) Thornton of Little Rock, Ark., Toby Bybee of Wichita, Tony Lewis of Augusta, Mike (Priscilla) Lewis of Augusta, and Robby Bybee of Canon City, Colo.; great-grandchildren, Andy and Alexandria Bybee, Parker and Reece Thornton and Caleb Richey; brother, Merle Snider of Augusta; sister, Jeannie Thompson of Ogallah, Neb., sister-in-law, Maxine Snider of Chandler, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by a son, Bo Bybee; grandson, Christopher Alan Lewis; and brothers, Hubert, Duane and Leonard Snider.
Memorials to the First Southern Baptist Church.

Robert R. Wampler

Robert R. Wampler, 61, Augusta, Spirit/Boeing Business Systems analyst, died on Saturday, April 10, 2010.
Visitation with family present will be from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening, with service scheduled at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, both in the Garden Chapel of Watson Reflection Pointe, Wichita.
He is survived by: son and daughter-in-law,
Troy and Roberta Wampler; sister, Ann Wampler; fiance Shaunna Hagan, all of Wichita;
4 grandchildren 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorial with American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, OH 44720.
Arrangements by Watson Funeral Home, Wichita.

Anna Auer

Anna Schindler Young Auer, Wichita, died on March 22, 2010.
A memorial will be held later.
She is survived by: children and step-children, Dannie Lu Young (Nick) Scott, Randal K. Young, Ken P. (Kim)
Young, Jim H. (Jean), D. Vic (Debbie) Auer, and Laura Auer (Tom) Swan; brother, Joe (Helen) Schindler; sisters, Betty Schindler Powell and Patsy Schindler Dorrough.
12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Johnnie Alice; brothers, Richard and Ernest Charles Schindler; and second husband,
Hobart Auer, Jr.,

Frances M. Kilmer

Frances M. Kilmer, 90, Wichita, retired ship-ping/receiveing associate with Sears, died on April 6, 2010.
Funeral Mass was held tod ay at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Burial followed at Resurrection Cemetery, Wichita.
Survivors include: sons, Richard Breed of Augusta, Max Kilmer, Jr. of Wichita, Ronald W. (Stella) Kilmer of Spring-field, Mo., and Kevin J. Kilmer of Vincennes,
Ind.; daughter, Kande (Tom) Ubelhour of Indianapolis, Ind.;
16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
