Virginia W. Mathias
Virginia W. Mathias,
93, homemaker, of Augusta, and formerly of Sullivan Mo., passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2010 in Andover. Virginia was born in Crawford County,
Mo. on Feb. 7, 1917; the daughter of the late Lewis R. and Lucy Viola (Land) Walton. She graduated from Sullivan High School and married Gordian J. Mathias in 1938 at Lebanon, Mo.. Gordian preceded her in death in March of 1998.
Virginia is survived by: son, Wayne Mathias and wife Jane of Augusta; daughter, Susan Wilmont and husband David of Birmingham, Ala.; her sister, Opal Rohrer of Bourbon, Mo.; 4 grandchildren, Lori Kuhlman, Ginger Fuller, Elizabeth Mathias, and Joy Gandy; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 24,2010, with funeral service beginning at 2:30 p.m., all at Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, Mo.. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Sullivan.
Memorials may be made to the Wichita Eye Foundation, 625 N. Carriage Pkwy Suite 190, Wichita, KS 67208.

Timothy "Tim" Ohmart
Timothy Ray "Tim" Ohmart, 51, of Augusta, passed away Tuesday,
July 20, 2010. Visitation 4-6 p.m. Friday at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Service will be 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 2010 at First Baptist Church, Augusta. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta.
Tim was born in El Dorado, on Nov. 12,1958, the son of Eugene Ohmart and Helen (Tabor). He graduated
from Augusta High School and served 10 years in the U.S. Air Force. Tim worked as a scheduler at Hawker-Beech for 22 years. On Feb. 17, 1995 he married Peggy (Pruner). She survives.
He is also survived by: his father of Mulvane; a daughter, Deanna Drake; and son, Luke Drake both of Augusta; daughter, Jessie Hogan of Missouri; brother, Richard Ohmart of Mulvane; brother, Jim Ohmart of Andover; sister, Cheryl Ewalt of Mulvane; and grandchildren, Malaya, Sam, Meirra, Mya, and TJ.
Memorials to the United Way or American Cancer Society.
