Post, Ryan
.
He was born on March 4,1982 to Myrna (Pem-ber) Post in Hays, Kan. He spent his early years on the family ranch in Ness City, Kan. He attended elementary school in Ness City and Oberlin. After his parents, Greg and Myrna Post, moved to Hugoton, Ryan attended high school there and graduated in 2000.
Growing up, Ryan was very active in 4-H showing horses and cattle in various county fairs. His love for horses and cattle remained with him throughout his life, as he frequently worked with his grandfather, Art Pem-ber, on the family ranch working cattle, building fence and repairing machinery. He and his mother also worked closely together to raise quarter horses on the
hristian Church in Wichita, KS and was a very devout Christian who loved to share his faith with many. His infectious smile made it easy for him to do so. His devotion and love for Christ persevered even through his many struggles with seizures. Ryan never complained about the turmoil he endured and always had a positive outlook on life......................................his faith was unfailing.
Ryan is survived by: his father and mother, Greg and Myrna Post of Augusta; his grandfather, Arthur Pember of Ness City; his brothers, Chris Post of Little Rock, Ark., and Evan Post of Manhattan, Kan.; his aunt, Marianne Lee of Ardmore, Okla.; two cousins, Tatum Lee of Ardmore, Okla., and Tisha Lee of Manhattan, Kan.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Wiletta Pember of Ness City.
