uien rrancis ueicn-man, 80, retired owner/operator of Deichman Ditching Service passed away, Tuesday, Jan. 4,2011 at his home in Augusta.
Interment has already occurred and a memorial service will be held at 10
а. m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, at Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta.
Olen was born on June б, 1930 in Winfield, to Homer Francis and Florence Ardella (Peterson) Deichman. He graduated from high school in Atlanta, Kan. and married Jaunita Pearl Baldwin on July 28,1952 in Bentonville, Ark. Olen served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
His survivors include: wife, Jaunita of the home; daughter, Onita Altman of Olathe; grandter, Eislee; sister-in-law, Alvina Deichman of Amarillo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Loren Deichman.
A memorial has been established with Victory Worship Center, 1924 Dearborn in Augusta or in care of Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home, Augusta.

Visitation 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., with family present 6-8 p.m., Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home, Wellington. Services 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 6, at the First United Methodist Church, Wellington.
Survivors: children, Chad Stearns (Lisa) of Andover, Syndey Steams of Flagstaff, Ariz., Kristin Knoll (Jeff) of Wichita; brother, Randy (Becky) of Wichita; five grandchildren.
