Rex E. Razey
46, AUGUSTA

Rex E. Razey, 46, of Augusta, passed away Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011 at home.
Visitation 7-9 p.m .Saturday and service 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011 all at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Graveside service 12 noon Monday Oct. 10, 2011 at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta.
Rex was bom in El Dorado, Kan. on April 29,1965, the son of the late Robert Eugene and Joyce Darlene (Lawson) Razey. He worked as a sheet metal assembler at Hawker-Beechcraft. On July 24,1993 he married Trish (Padilla) and she survives.
He is also survived by: son, Sam Razey; daughter, Devan Homing both of Wichita; brothers, Gary Razey of El Dorado; and Jim Razey of Wichita; sisters, Cynthia Cespedes and husband Isidro of Mesa, Ariz.; and Vickie Rogers and husband Arthur of Towanda; grandchildren, Bryleigh Razey and Brooklyn Hallacy; half brothers and sisters of Washington; and several nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.
Memorials to the Shriners Hospital for Children.

Fred Stevens
71, AUGUSTA

Fred Stevens, 71, Augusta, passed away Monday,Oct. 3, 2011.
Visitation 4-6 p.m. Sunday and service 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 2011,
both at Headley Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
Fred was born in Augusta, on Jan. 30,1940, the son of the late Lee Otis and Edna Margarite Elizabeth (Webb) Stevens. He was own-er/mechanic at Stevens Service Station in Augusta and he retired as a senior maintenance supervisor at Mobil Oil Refinery. On Sept.2,1958 he married Mary Palmer in El Dorado and she survives.
He is also survived by: daughters, Sherry Cody and husband Brett, and Cindy Sutton and husband Eddie all of Augusta; brother, Dick Stevens of Potwin; sisters, Emma Sue Stevens of El Dorado and Mary Jane Patterson of Tupelo, Miss.; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Kerri) Cody, Brett (Jessica)
Cody II, Desiree (Shannon) Wilkinson, Megan (HM3 David)
Hedgepeth, Nick Going (fiance Crystal Martin), Zack Going; greatgrandchildren Alex and Caitlyn Cody, Brianna Henning, Rowan Cody and Whitney Going.
He was preceded in death by; brothers, W. H "Bill" Stevens and Jimmy Stevens; sisters, Donna Chrisman and Edna Lee Rumsey.
Memorials to the Eagles Nest Church or the Kansas Humane Society.

Dan Hegi, 49, Augusta, passed away Thursday, October 6th, 2011.
The viewing will be from 6-8 Monday and service 10 am Tuesday, October 11th, both at Headley Funeral Chapel.
Daniel was born in Wichita, Kansas on December 20,1961, the son of Billy Hegi and Aletha Russell.
He was a general contractor for Kemp Construction.
On April 19,1998 he married Kelly Elliott in Augusta and she survives.
He is also survived by mother Aletha Russell of Norwich; Children Chad Barrientos of Alaska, Dakota Hegi of Derby, Sarah Hegi of Derby,
Nicholas Bryant of Tennessee, Ashley Bryant of Kansas City, Kylie Traut-man of Augusta, Cody TVautman of Kansas City; brother, Sean Elliott of Augusta; sisters, Pam Adams of Wichita, Lori Greene of Neosho, MO,
Paula Parsons of Joplin, MO, Polly Elliott of Augusta; grandchildren David, Mariana, Amiyah, Makynlee, Leland, Madison, Preston, Kalli; nieces and nephews Caden, Graycen, Ethan, Kierstin, Lucas, Tenley, Jeremy, Nathan Sierra, Chris, Chelsey, Colton; mother in law Rama Wolken. He was preceded in death by brother Chris Hegi. Memorials to the Dan Hegi Memorial Fund.
