86, EL DORADO
Gaines Bell, 86, of El Dorado, died March 7, 2012.
Services 11 a.m. Saturday, at the First United Methodist Church, El
Dorado. He retired as a manager of Skelly-Chevron Pipeline. During WWII he served his country in the Army Air-corps.
Surviving family include: wife, Ann; son, Dr. David (Donna) Bell of Rochester, Minn.; daughter, Sheryl (Mark) Anderson of Augusta; brothers, Keith (Tiny) Bell of El Dorado, Dee Jay Bell of Sunrise Beach, Mo.; sisters, Janice Carter and Marilyn Painter both of Overland Park; two grandchildren; one greatgrandchild; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Memorials to either UMYF Mission Trip or to Heifer International.
Arrangements by Kir-by-Morris Funeral Home, El Dorado.

Darlene Sue Boor, 65, of Norwich, passed away on Friday, March 9,
2012.
Services were held on Monday, March 12, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Garden Plain. Interment will be later at St. Boniface Cemetery, Sharon, Kan.
She was survived by her parents, Vlastimill and Agnes (Bureg) Chroust, and one brother, Lada Chroust.
Survivors are: husband, Gerald Boor, Sr.; son, Jerry Robinson of Eagle, Colo.; daughter, Christy Robinson of Seattle, Wash.; step daughter, Linda (Jerry) Goetz of Augusta; stepsons, Gerald (Barbara) Boor, Jr. of Derby, Loren Boor of Augusta, Chris Boor of El Dorado; grandchildren, Ondrea Robinson of Seattle, Wash., Allissa (Kevin) Smith, Colleen (Brandon) Beckley, Desiree (Kali) Mandoria, Ann Boor, Remington Boor, all of Augusta, Lake Boor of Medicine Lodge, Cody (Alyson) Boor, Josh Boor, and Tyler Boor, all of Derby; great-grandchildren, Riley, Dylan and Lily Becldey, Hunter Smith and Damian Man-dorio, all of Augusta; brother, Jim (Carol) Chroust of Wilmington, Ohio.

92. AUGUSTA
Mickey Boswell, 92, of Augusta, passed away Tuesday,
March 13, 2012 in Andover.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. Thursday, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Graveside service 11 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2012, at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta. Those attending should use the Ohio Street entrance.
Mickey was born in Midian, Kan. on Sept. 11, 1919, to the late Elnora E (McDaniels) and Jesse Lee Foster. She worked as a clerk at Cooper Drug for over 30 years.
In 1953 she married Marvin Boswell, who preceded her in death. .
She was also preceded in death by brothers, Louie and Harold.
She is survived by: son, Edward Maness, Jr. of Wichita; grandchildren, Debbie Mead, Teresa Donnelley (Monty) and Perry Maness (Stephanie); 6 great grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association 347 S. Laura Wichita, Kansas 67211.
