51. ARKANSAS CITY
Jeffrey Ray Kellogg, 51, Arkansas City, Westar Energy foreman/line-man, passed away Friday, June 29, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at 10
a m. on Kellogg
Thursday, July 5, at Central Baptist Church, 7421SW Church Road, Augusta.
A graveside service will follow in Benton Cemetery in Benton, Kan.
Jeff was born July 8, I960, in Washington, Kan. to Gene and Joy Kellogg. He graduated from Andover High School and married Ginger Blake on Oct.l6, 1982, in Wichita. Jeff* loved the outdoors along with fishing and hunting.
Survivors include: his wife, Ginger of the home; son, Justin Kellogg and daughter, Kaycee Kellogg, both of Arkansas City; parents, Gene and Joy Kellogg of Andover; brothers, Richard (Teresa) Kasper of Garden City, and Brian Kellogg of Augusta; sister, Brenda Haylor of Wichita; sister-in-law, Christa Kellogg of Augusta; granddaughter, Breann Kellogg.
Jeff was preceded in death by his brother Douglas Kellogg.

Victor “Vic” Gregory Oliver, 16, Douglass, passed away Friday, June 29, 2012.
Funeral service was held this morning, at Rose Hill Christian Church.
Vic was preparing for his senior year at Douglass High School.
He is survived by: his parents, Chuck Oliver and Madelyn Oliver; sisters, Clara and Taylor Oliver; grandparents, Berniece Oliver, John and Lucinda Green; and the "Green Gang:" Shelby, Shawna, Lauren, Zoey, and Zac.

Barbara Ann Hutka, 46, Hutchinson, formerly of Augusta, passed away on
June 25, 2012, at Wesley Hospital.
She was cremated and no public service is planned.
Barbara was a 1984 Augusta High School graduate.
She is survived by: a son, Johnny Clark of Haysville; siblings, Teresa Turner (Jim) of Augusta, Rhonda Lawrence (Don) of Belle Plaine, and John-
ny Novak (Carol) of Augusta; three nieces and three nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Hutka and mother, Barbara Hutka.
