Kevin Hanson
53, EL DORADO

Kevin Gene Houchin, 36, diesel mechanic, of Augusta, passed away Friday,
Oct. 5, 2012 in El Dorado.
A memorial Houchin service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta.
Kevin was born Oct. 23, 1975, in Wichita to Dale and Zandra Houchin. He graduated from Bluestem High School in 1994, and worked as a diesel mechanic for several area shops.
His survivors include: his mother, Zandra (Huckabee) Houchin of Augusta; sisters, Michelle (Kyle) Dixon of Independence, Kan., Crystal (Robert) Montano of Augusta, and Allison Houchin of El Paso, Texas; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father Dale Lee Houchin and his grandparents.
A memorial has been established with the American Diabetes Association, 608 West Douglas, Suite 100, Wichita, KS 67226, or in care of the funeral home.

James Poulter
66, LATHAM

James W. Poulter, 66, passed away Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012 at his home in Latham.
Celebration of his life W will be 2 p.m. Saturday,Oct. 13, 2012 at Kirby-Morris Funeral Home, El Dorado.
James was born Sept. 9, 1946 in Ponca City, Okla, the son of Weslie and Zelma (Fritz) Poulter. He worked in the oil field all his life doing all kinds of jobs. He was united in marriage to Wanda Aikins June 29, 2012 in Latham. He was a mason with the Leon Joppa Mason's.
Survivors include: wife Wanda; sons, Wes of Leon, Robert of Olsberg, Kan., and David of Newton; daughter, Samantha Trub-shaw of Pittsburg, Kan.; sisters, Judy Lawrence of Leon and Grade Walter of Gillette, Wyo.; seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister Christina.
Memorials have been established with Hospice Care of Kansas or a favorite charity. Contributions may be left at Kirby-Morris Funeral Home.

Kevin James Hanson, 53, El Dorado, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, at Carlson Funeral Home, El Dorado. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.
He was born on Dec. 24,1958 in El Dorado, the son of Leo Nelson and Carolyn (Loyd) Hanson Kevin received his GED and worked at Cessna Aircraft and had his own tree trimming business for the past 10 years. He loved to fish and was a people person; a hard worker, enjoyed visiting with people and had helped a lot of people.
He is survived by: his wife, Judy Watson, of the home; son, Anthony Hanson of El Dorado; brothers, Tony Hanson, Stinnett, Texas, Robert Hanson, El Dorado, and Randy Hanson, Teague, Texas; a sister Julie Strickland, Fitch, Texas; brother, Raymond Caudle, Fla.; his mother and step-father, Carolyn and Jerry Caudle, Hulbert, Okla.; brother, Kris Hanson, Arkansas; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorials to his memory for the Arthritis Foundation may be left with Carlson Funeral Home, El Dorado, in charge of the arrangements.
