77. AUGUSTA
Tom Roberts, 77, of Augusta, passed away Wednesday, Feb.27, 2013 in Andover.
Memorial service 2-4 p.m. Friday,March 1, 2013, at Cottonwood Point, Augusta.
Tom was born in Bridgeport, IL on May 25, 1935, to the late Gladys (Land) and William Clay Roberts.
He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years, and later worked as a route man for a vending company.
On June 15, 1959 at Guthrie, Okla, he married Peggy Roberts, who survives him. He is also survived by: daughters, Sandra Roberts of Oklahoma City, Okla., Debra Hecker and husband Bill of Towanda, Laura Fuxa and husband Gary of Enid, Okla.; son, Thomas Roberts and wife Samantha of Hampton, Va.; brother, Raymond Paul Roberts of Del City, Okla.; sisters, Wilma Joyce Ault and Dorothy Marie Mc-Clasky both of Valpariso, Ind..; grandchildren, Keith, Holly, Alex, Samantha, John, Veronica, Gabrielle; great-grandchildren Cheyenne, Aubrey, Chaz, Roland, Isaac, and Victor.

Jackie Wayne Jones, 56, of Augusta, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 in Wichita.
Viewing will be prior to the service, 10 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2013, at Headley Funeral Chapel,Augusta.
Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery Augusta.
Jackie was born in El Dorado, on Jan.12,1957, to Alta Mae (Bruner) Jones and the late Wilbur Jones.
He served in the U.S. Navy. Jackie worked as a taxi cab driver, and at Boeing and Cessna.
He is survived by: his mother, Alta Mae; brother, Kenneth Jones of Wash.; sisters, Janette Edgecombe of Ballwin, Mo. and Judith Van Omier of Brunswick, Md.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorial donations may be made to the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center 5500 E. Kellogg Wichita, KS 67218.
