Vicki Lynn Teel, 67
Vicki Lynn Teel, age 67, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2015.
Vicki was bom Feb. 10, 1948, to Robert and Betty (Gibbons) Whitson in Wichita. She attended and graduated high school in 1966 from Circle High School in Towanda. Vicki was united in marriage to Russ Teel on Aug. 18, 1990 in Benton. She worked at Beechcraft for 32 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Russ Teel of Benton; son, Perry LaFary of Benton; daughters, Tera and husband Brad Stanhope of Valley Center, Jamie and husband Steve Morrow of Park City; stepsons, Lance Teel, Seth Teel and Cameron and wife Sasha Teel, all of Wichita; 18 grandchildren, Austin, Shaylan, Travis, Amanda, Kaitlan, Kirsten, Paige, Tallon, Evan, Christain, Leo, Brandon, Kelli, Davin, Ethan, Jordan, Levi and Emma; three great-grandchildren, Makynzi, Bryant and Jaxson; and brother-in-law, Robert Montana.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Connie Montana; and brother, Bob Whitson.
Visitation will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 25, with family present from 5-7. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, both at Dunsford Funeral Home/Chapel, 201 East Fifth Avenue, Augusta, KS. Interment will be at Benton Cemetery, Benton.
The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home & Crematory

James 'Jim' Pearcy, 47
James "Jim” Loren Pearcy, 47, of Augusta, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015. Jim was bom May 22, 1967 to Peggy Brooks and the late James C. Pearcy. He worked as a customer service representative for Reliable RV and Imports and was a race car driver for Iseman Racing for over 10 years. Jim enjoyed his camp fires, dirt track racing and working on his race car, and only his race car. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rob. Surviviors include his best friends, Amber Iseman, Jaime Tyson and her son; daughters, Sarah, Jordan and Leah Pearcy; brothers, David and Jeremy; sister, Cindy, all of Missouri; and close family, Stan and Deborah McHone, Brian, Mandy, Coral and Kolby McHone, all of Augusta. Jims family will celebrate his passing privately. Memorials can be made to First Christian Church in Augusta.
