Clifford Malan, 81
Clifford Malan, 81, passed away Thursday May 28,2015 in Leander, Texas.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Georgetown, Texas.
Clifford was born in Augusta to Ray and Juanita Malan. He retired from Mobil Oil company. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, an accomplished carpenter and avid gardener.
He is survived by: his wife of 60 years, Shirley; brother, Curtis and wife Laura; daughters, Cinda Malan, Dianne Malan, Shari Loyd and her husband Drew; son, Michael Malan; grandchildren, Stephanie Donnell and husband T.J., Stacie Henderson, Kristan Loyd, Andrew Loyd and Hunter Malan; and six great-grandchildren.

Debra 'Debby' Buckley, 57
Debra "Debby" Buckley, 57, of Augusta, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Visitation with family present will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 5; funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2015, both at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th N., Wichita. Pastor Bill Atkinson will officiate. Burial will follow at Lake-view Cemetery.
Debby was born on June 33, 1957 in Miami, Okla., the daughter of Charles and Ruth Ferris. Debby and Rod Buckley were united in marriage in Andover and they celebrated over 35 years of marriage. Debby worked 39 years as a tool maker at Beech Aircraft in Wichita. Debby was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Ferris.
Survivors include: her loving husband, Rod; children, Melissa Rutledge and Jeremy (Heather) Buckley; father, Charles Ferris; sister, Janet (Chad) Gross; brother, Dale Ferris; grandchildren, Cayme, Madison, Caitlyn, Mason, Savannah, Axl, Gracie, Saphyre, Kaylee, Whitney, Olivia and McCager; niece and nephew, Jakob and Jessica.
