Goldie Conrad burial Friday
Goldie Edith Conrad, 76, of Augusta died Tuesday.
Her services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary in Wichita.
She was born on April 20, 1912 in Ava, Mo. to John Wesley and Cora Belle (Gott) Albright.
On Jan. 17, 1955 she was united in marriage to Floyd Conrad in Wichita. He preceded her in death on Nov. 30, 1970.
Survivors include sons, Tom Little of Andover, Wesley Little of Benton, Melvin Little of Topeka, Donald F. Conrad of Augusta; daughters, Nina Norvell of Roland, Okla., Wilman Nichols of Atkins, Ark.; brothers, Earl Albright, Ralph Albright, Glen Albright, all of Longview, Wash.; sisters, Ethel Mathes of Ava, Alice Johnson of Fordland, Mo., Grace Wilson of Longview, Alta Moore of Ava; 21 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Rites pending for Augustan’s mother
Funeral services were pending today for Ruby Ryan, mother of Norma Bisagno of Augusta.
Mrs. Ryan died today at her home in McCracken, Kan.

Bedell burial at Elmwood
Marie J. (Elliott) Bedell, 91, of Haysville, died Thursday.
Her services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Elmwood Cemetery.
Survivors include daughters, Letha A. Lamar, Margaret Barkley, both of Wichita, Wildena Gibson of Marion; seven grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and seven great-greatgrandchildren.
Broadway Mortuary in Wichita has the arrangements.

Doyle Miller died today
Doyle Miller, 62, of Augusta died at the Augusta Medical Complex today.
His services will be Sunday at 1 p.m. in the Dunsford Chapel.
He was born on Jan. 26, 1926 in Ava, Mo. to Charles and Elsie (Burrelson) Miller.
On Sept. 9, 1950 he was united in marriage to Mary Nell Conner also in Ava.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; mother, Elsie of Ava; brothers, Charles Robert, Joe, J.C., all of Ava; sisters, Peggy Bonham of Moberly, Mo. and Betty Elliott of Blue Springs, Mo.
Dunsford Funeral Home has the arrangements.

Burial today for Augustan’s step-father
Marion Buckbee, 85, of Hutch inson and step-father of Frank Miller of Augusta died Thursday, Nov. 24.
His services were today at Elliott Mortuary.
Survivors, besides his step-son from here, include wife, Vera; daughters, Charline Dempsey of Hutchinson, Phyllis Rowland of Olathe; step-son Gayland Miller of Wichita; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the Peniel Church of the Nazarene.

Burial for Ninke set for Tuesday
Herbert John Ninke, 84, of Augusta died at Walnut Valley Nursing Home on Sunday.
His services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Dunsford Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor Arnold Aschbrenner and burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery.
Herbert was born on Feb. 20, 1904 in Woodville, Ohio to William F. and Amanda L. (Bade) Ninke.
He married Amelia Keller on June 12, 1926 in Gibsonburg, Ohio.
Survivors include his wife, Amelia; sons Robert L. of Augusta, William of Holmdel, N.J.; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials have been established with the Kansas Elks Training Center, 1006 E. Waterman, Wichita.

Iva Keneipp died Saturday at AMCI
Iva Ione Keneipp, 88, of Augusta died Saturday at the Augusta Medical Complex.
Her services will be Thursday, Dec. 1, at the First Christian Church. Rev. Jon Grissom will officiate the 11 a.m. service. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery.
She was born on Aug. 11, 1900 to Wilbert T. and Mellissa (Myers) Lusher in Pennsylvania.
On June 23, 1917 she was united in marriage to John M. Keniepp in Bridgeport, Ill. He preceded her in death in 1982.
Survivors include her daughters, Marjorie Page of Longview, Wash., Donna Watson of Van-cover, Wash; sister, Audene Jones of McPherson; and six grandchildren.
One daughter Floris Irene Keneipp preceded her in death in 1959.
A memorial has been established with the First Christian Church.
