Eva T. (Mahoney) Lewis
Eva T. (Mahone
Homemaker Eva T. Lewis, 98, Hutchinson, died Monday, Dec. 10.
She is the mother of Augusta resident Henry Lewis.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at Fair-lawn Mausoleum, Hutchinson.
Other survivors include sons, Carl of South Hutchinson, Don of Dallas, Texas, Vernon of Emporia,
Herbert of Alamogordo, N.M.; daughters, Josephine Augerot of Hutchinson, Mabel Stevens of Kansas City, Mo.,
June Christy of Socorro, N.M.; 14 grandchildren; 21 greatgrandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with Eastwood Church of Christ
Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, is in charge of arrangements.

Hazel Marie Jandreau
Retired postal clerk Hazel Marie Jandreau, 94, Towanda, died Monday, Dec, 11, in Medicine Lodge.
Memorial services will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12,
at the United Methodist Church of Christ in Towanda, the Rev. Fred Houston officiating.
Burial will be in Laredo Cemetery in King-man County.
Jandreau was born Jan. 31, 1896, in Clio, Iowa, to Iva (Duncan) and William Shannon Browning.
Op July 8, 1917, she married Nathaniel Benjamin Jandreau in Lamont, Okla. He preceded her in death in 1961.
Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Jeannie; two sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include son, Paul E. of Beaverton, Ore.; daughters,. Edith Kline of Tucson, Ariz.,
Marie Jessup of Haysville, Bonnie Hittle of Towanda; sister, Bonnie Terry of Pheonix, Ariz.;
seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Methodist Church and was a Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star at Arlington, Kan.
She had previously lived in Arlington, Kan., Kingman and Nashville, Kan.
Memorials have been established with the Towanda Senior Citizens Center and the
Towanda United Methodist Church of Christ
Dunsford Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Kenneth Turner
Kenneth Jack Turner, 65, Augusta, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, at Walnut Manor Nursing Home, Augusta.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at. Elmwood Cemetery, the Rev. Neil Alford officiating.
Turner was born April 22, 1925, in Augusta to Sara Lunadan Raulsta and Mervin Rush Turner.
On Sept 29,1946, he married Margaret Louise Palmer. Palmer, his ex-wife, survives.
Other survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Marvin & Shirley of El Dorado,
Kenneth & Lonia of Douglass, Gary & Debbie of Atlanta, Kan.;
daughter and son-in-law, Jacqueline & Rick Folda of Oakland, Calif,;
niece, Connie Lee, address not listed; great niece, Joe Lee, address not listed;
11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and friends, Wanda Smith and Farrell McDaniels, addresses not listed.
Turner had been an automobile body and fender repairman and was a member of the
Southern Baptist Church, Douglass.
Dunsford Funeral Home, Augusta, is in charge of arrangements.

Augusta Moore
Homemaker Augusta E. Moore, 82, Severy, died Wednesday, Dec. 12.
She is the mother of Dwight Moore of Augusta.
Other survivors include sons, Clifford of El Dorado, Sonny of Atlanta,
Keith of Beaumont; daughters, JoAnn Chapman of Little Rock, Ark., Karen Becker-man of Garden City;
21 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the American Diabetes Association.
Campbell Funeral Home, Eureka, is in charge of arrangements.
