Marie O. Lohf
Homemaker Marie O Lohf 77, Augusta, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Wichita.
Wake service is at 7 p.m. Thursday Sept. 26, at Dunsford Funeral Home, Augusta.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27, at St. James Catholic Church Augusta,
the Father James Billinger officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Lohf was born Nov. 26 1913 in McPherson County to Sarah (Fast) and Jacob P. Androes.
On Dec. 8, 1942, she married Harold A. Lohf in Kansas City, Mo. He survives.
She moved to Butler County in 1978.
Other survivors include sons Charles M. of Wichita, Gaiy A. of Salina, Edward & Eugene of Topeka;
seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Harold J., who died in April of 1990.

Lloyd C. King
Lloyd C. King, 96, El Dorado, died Wednesday, Sept; 25, He was the father of
Kansas Representative Kenneth R. King of Leon.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Carlson Funeral Home, El Dorado.
There will be a Masonic service at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Carlson Funeral Home.
King was a retired teacher and fanner.
He spent most of his life in Butler County. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in El Dorado,
the Butler County Retired Teachers Association, the Fellowship club, Masonic Lodge of Augusta,
a member and past commander of the Commandry and a member of the York Rite.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothea; sons, Edward S. of Huntsville, Ala., Lloyd Jr. of Fort Smith, Ark.,
Keith A. of Carson City, Nev., Donald L. of Richardson, Texas;
18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the First Baptist Church.

Anna Blanton Wilder, 88, Arlington, died Saturday, Sept. 28. She is the mother of Stella Mathis of Augusta.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thurdsay at Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Arlington, and 2 p.m.
Friday at Iola Cemetery, Sparks.
Wilder was a retired licensed practical nurse.
Other survivors include sons, Grant Blanton of Hutchinson, Louis Blanton of Wichita;
daughters, Barbara Williams of Hutchinson, Maxine Clark of Farmington, Ark., Joyce Reboul of Arlington;
51 grandchildren; 153 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren
A memorial has been established with Hospice of Reno County
Johnny’ L. Sommers
John L. “Johnny” Sommers, 56, Potwin, a worker at the former Mobil Oil Refinery here, died Wednesday, Sept. 25.
His funeral service was held at the Potwin Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife Joan; sons Joe of Whitewater, Chuck of Potwin; daughters, Rosemary McAdams of Potwin,
Kristina of Potwin; parents, John & Dorothy Sommers of Potwin; brothers, Richard of Emporia, Paula of Salina,
Bill of Pottsboro, Texas; sister, Sue Jackson of Hutchinson, and four grandchildren.
has established with the Potwin City Park playground.
The Lamb-Nutter Motuary of Whitewater was in charge of arrangements.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Christ Lutheran Church, Augusta.
