Leona Punke
Leona Ward Punke, 89, of Augusta, died SUnday, March 15, 1998 at AMCI Long Term Care Unit.
Her graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Elmwood Cemetery.
She was a retired Beechcraft employee.
She was born Dec. 15, 1908 to James A. and Luella (Hobbs) Ward at Dallas Center, Iowa.
She married Earl Punke. He preceded her in death in 1943.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Gary, in 1983.
Survivors include son, Verle Punke of Torrington, Wyo. and daughter, Earlene J. Hale of Augusta.
