Timothy Albright
Timothy Luther Albright, 39, former Augusta resident, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1998 in Dallas, Texas.
A rosary will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, Jan. 19 at the Hillside Funeral Home, Augusta Chapel.
His service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday,, Jan. 20 at St. James Catholic Church. Father James Mainzer will officiate.
He was employed as a grounds keeper and landscaper.
He also resided in Wichita, Junction City and Lincoln, Neb.
He was born Jan. 15, 1958 in
Mountain Home AFB, Idaho to Ted and JoAnn (Johnston) Albright.
Survivors include brothers, Kip, Peter and Tad Albright; sisters, Cindy Kerby, Susan Paugh; parents, Ted and JoAnn Albright; grandmother, Marie Johnston.
Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta is in charge of the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Catholic Charities, Inc., 437 N. Topeka, Wichita, KS 67202.
Homer C. Boyer
Homer C. Boyer, 42, of Augusta died Jan. 28, 1998 in his home.
His funeral service will be at 7 p.m. tonight.
Duane Pangrac will officiate.
He was a finish blade operator for Berkamp Construction.
He was born April 29, 1955 in El Dorado to Jack Donald and Edna Ellen (Wilkinson) Boyer.
He was a Augusta High School Class of 1973 graduate.
Survivors include his parents, Jack and Edna Boyer of Augusta; and sister, Janet Boyer of Rose Hill.
A memorial has been established with Hospice, Inc., 313 S.
Market, Wichita.
Mary Alice Sies
Mary Alice Sies, 90, of Wichita and former Augusta resident, died Jan. 28, 1998 at Prairie Homestead Retirement Center, Wichita.
Her funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday Jan 31, at the First Baptist Church of Lorraine. Dr. Douglas Gallagher will officiate.
Burial will take place at the Lorraine Baptist Cemetery.
She will be buried beside her first husband, Clarence Peters, who preceded her in death in
1952.
This Augusta native lived most of her life in Lorraine and was a school teacher and counselor.
She was born Dec. 16,1907 in Augusta to Anderson and Stella (Ayres) Holladay.
After the death of her first husband, she married William Sies on Feb. 22, 1963 in
Lorraine. He preceded her in death in 1985.
She is survived by a son, Wendell R. Peters of San Antonio, Texas; daughters, Claire P. Collins of Aurora, Colo., June P. Bilderbeck of Salem, Ore.; stepdaughter, Vivian Ellsworth of Robert, Md.; stepson, Robert P. Sies of Oregon; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; seven stejJ j grandchildren; 10 step greatgrandchildren.
Memorials have been established with Prairie Homestead Retirement Center of Wichita : and the First Baptist Church of
Lorraine.
