Owen Redington

Owen J. Redington, 87, of Towanda died Wednesday, June 21, 2000. He was a stockman/farmer.
A rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 23 at St. James Catholic Church, Augusta. His service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 24, at St. James Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth of the home; son James Redington of Towanda; daughters Teresa Moore and Alicia Redington, both of Wichita and Joan Burns of Richardson, Texas; 15 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. James Catholic Church Building Fund, 813 State, Augusta, KS 67010 or Wheat State Manor, 601 S. Main, Whitewater, KS 67154.

Dororthy Kirkpatrick

Dorothy Kirkpatrick, 70, Augusta, died Wednesday, May 3, 2000.
Her funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 6, in the Dunsford Funeral Home chapel.
Visitation will be possible at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 5.
This homemaker leaves a son, Randy Kirkpatrick of Augusta; daughter, Debra Epperson of El Dorado; mother, Rosalie Hime of Augusta, and grandchildren Michael, Davin and Caitlyn Epperson, Adam and Joshua Kirkpatrick.

Joseph A. Stewart, 74, of Augusta, father of Marilyn Pence of Augusta, died Tuesday, June 20, 2000.
His funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 24 at Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola.
He is survived by two sons; seven daughters, three step-sons; one brother, four sisters, nine grandchildren, eight step-grand-children.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Stewart and a daughter Jo Ann Stewart.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or D.A.R.E..

Erma Mae Lewis, 74, Augusta, died Wednesday, May 3, 2000.
Her graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 6, at Elmwood Cemetery.
Visitation is possible from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 5, at the Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.
This retired caregiver leaves sons, Gregory Lewis of Flower Mound, Texas, Dennis Lewis of Augusta, and Mark Lewis of Potwin; sisters, Bessie Erdman of Janesville, Ia., Helen Ross of Andover; grandchildren, Tony, Michael, Nicohlas, and Kassan-dra.

Frank Edmond Miller V, 31, died Tuesday, July 11, 2000.
His funeral will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 14, at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.
Visitation will be possible at the funeral home until 8 p.m. tonight.
Miller was employed by Weigand of Wichita as a maintenance supervisor.
He leaves his parents, Frank and Marilyn Miller of Andover; brother Jason Paul Miller of Norman, Okla.; sisters Mary Wendler of Towanda, and Doris Oldenettel of Haven, and Amy Castor of Hutchinson; 13 nieces and nephews.
