Joe Hall Peterson

Joe Hall Peterson, 78, of Grove Okla., formerly of Augusta, father to Karen Corbin and husband, Ted of Augusta, died yesterday.
Visitation with family will be from 7 to 8 p.m., Monday, Feb. 25, at Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta.
His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26 at Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel.
Mr. Peterson was preceded in death by his parents; broth-
ers, Vernon Peterson and his twin, Jay Peterson.
He is survived by wife, Geneva Peterson of the home; two sons, Dennis Peterson of Grove, Andy Peterson and wife Roxann of Loganville, Ga.; daughters, Cindy Crane and husband Causie of Loganville, Ga., Mary Edson and husband Claude of Grove Okla., Vickie Eaton and husband Jim of Kansas City; sister, Nadine Brotemarkle of Wichita; 27 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with Good Shepherd Hospice, 2106 S. Main, Ste. 315, Grove, Okla., 74344.
Services arrangements were made by Ellis Family Funeral Home of Grove, Okla.
Walter Coldicott

Walter G. Coldicott, 89, retired farmer, Augusta, died Friday, July 26, 2002.
There is to be a private family
service.
Survivors are: sons, Kenneth of Memphis, Tenn., Jim of Boonville, Mo., Chuck of Little Rock, Ark.; daughter, Cheri Christian of Rose Hill; seven grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren.
Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta is in charge of arrangements.

Elizabeth Fitzwater

Homemaker Elizabeth
Josephine Fitzwater, 92, Augusta, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2002.
Her funeral mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, at St. James Catholic Church.
Visitation will be possible at the Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta between 2 and 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24. Her rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, at St. James Catholic Church.
She was born March 1, 1909 at Garden Plain as the daughter of Bernard and Mary Wehlage Meyer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Fitzwater, and her parents.
Mrs. Fitzwater leaves her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Jane and Velton Oglesby of Augusta; daughter Janet Fitzwater of Andover; son James Fitzwater of Stillwell; daughter-in-law Sandra Fitzwater of Overland Park; granddaughter and husband Lisa and Jeff Daniels of Augusta, granddaughter and husband, Toni and Paul Porter of Wichita, granddaughter Dr. Amanda Fitzwater of Oklahoma City, Okla.; grandson, Eric Fitzwater of Alexandria, Va.; great-grandchildren, Adam, Chase and Clare Daniels and Nicholas Cannady.
Memorials to St. James Catholic Church at 813 State, Augusta, Kan., 676010 have been suggested.
The Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta is in charge of arrangements.

Jennie Berry

Jennie Madeline Berry, 75, of Andover and formerly of Augusta, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2002.
Visitation with family will be 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2002 and services at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 2002 at Old Mission Mortuary in Wichita.
Mrs. Berry was preceded in death by son, James P. Berry.
Other survivors: former
husband James P. Berry of Enid, Okla; son, Jon Berry of Norcross, Ga., daughters Mary Moore of Wagoner, Okla., Sharon Godsey of Springdale, Ark., and Jamie Boyce. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Memorials are with Billy
Graham Association and Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.

Howard Horner, Jr.

Howard Nelson Homer Jr., 48, of Augusta, owner of Homer's Lawn service, formerly of Udall, died Feb. 17, 2002.
Service will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Feb. 22, at Broadway Mortuary Chapel in Wichita.
Survivors include: sons;
Daniel, Dustin, Jordan all of Wichita; daughters; Denise Jantz of Wichita, Bronwyn Pappan of Arkansas City, Stephanie McGuire of Udall, Courtney Horner of Wichita; mother, Pauline Horner of Wichita; brothers; Jerry Horner of Andover, Dennis Horner of Wichita; sister, Suzanne
Messecar of Wichita; 10 grand-children; mother of the children, Colleen Homer.
Broadway Mortuary of Wichita is in charge of arrangements.
