Florence Arnold, 93, Augusta, died Monday, April 7, 2003.
Her services were pendingthis morning with Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.
Lillian Stinnett
Lillian Stinnett, 88, Augusta, died today, April 8, 2003.
Her graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 9 at Elmwood Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by husband, Cleo Stinnett.
Survivors include sister-in-law, Evelyn Jackson and several nephews and nieces.
Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta has charge of the arrangements.
Dorothy Johnson
Dorothy C. “Dot” Johnson, 81, Fort Myers, Fla., retired banking, real estate and insurance executive secretary, formerly of Augusta, died April 5, 2003.
There will be a memorial service and private interment service at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens in Auburndale, Fla.
Survivors include: daughter, Barbara R. Haylock of
Charlotte, NC; one granddaughter, several cousins.
Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, Winter Haven, Fla., or Hope
Congregational Church, East Providence, RI.
Crisp-Coon Funeral Home of Winter Haven, Fla., is in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, April 9, at Dunsford Chapel
Survivors include: sons, Harold Arnold of Augusta, Don Arnold of Hillsboro; daughters, Virginia Bird of Augusta, Norma Stevens of Douglass; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: parents, Clifton C. Higgins and Donna LaVina (Stems) Higgins; husband, Harold Arnold Sr.; two sisters; one brother; granddaughter, Nancy Bird; grandson, Michael Stevens; great-granddaughter, Amy Metsker.
A memorial has been established with First Christian Church of Augusta.

Cleo Algrim, 82, Augusta, retired Kaneb Pipeline employee, died Wednesday, April 9, 2003 and his wife Maxine H. Algrim, 83, retired Butler County elementary school teacher, died Thursday, April 10, 2003.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 12, Smith Mortuary in Derby.
A joint funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 13, at the Augusta Church of Christ.
Survivors include: son, Kent of Andover; daughters, Melinda Rhodes of Wichita, Lisa Bodman of Tecumseh, MI; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Memorial has been established with Maude Carpenter Children’s Center of Wichita.
Smith Mortuary of Derby has charge of the arrangements.

Rosebell “Rosy” Blackman Gibbs, 80, Liberal, formerly of Augusta, died Wednesday, April 9, 2003.
A memorial service was held today, April 11, at Kansas Masonic Home Chapel in Wichita.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud, and mother, Bessie.
Survivors include: sons, Gary Gibbs of Wichita, Tony of Paducah, Ky; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
A memorial in her memory has been established with the First United Methodist Church in Liberal.
Kitch-Brennenman Funeral Home of Liberal had charge of the arrangements.
