C.N. “Dude” MARTIN .. .died in Wichita
Dude Martin Dies At 60
Climet N. “Dude” Martin, a 20-year Parks Motor Co. employee, died at his Wichita home Saturday.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Grant Chapel, 2750 N. Hillside, Wichita. Burial will be in the National Cemetery in Muskogee, Okla.
He was born in 1922 at Fort Gibson, Okla., and had resided in Wichita for many years.

Sister Dies In Goddard
Marie Schuler, 83, Wichita, sister of Thelma Price of Augusta, died May 9 at a Goddard nursing home.
Her service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Cochran Mortuary. Rev. Ivan G. Mattern will officiate and burial will be at the Wego Cemetery in Waco, Kan.
She was born March 11, 1900 in Terre Haute, Ind., to William and Esie Ward Whiteman.
She married Howard E. Schuler. He preceded her in death in 1969.
Other survivors include a son, Junior Schuler of Wichita; daughters, Margaret Peck and Jean Ruszczyk, both of Wichita; a brother, Marshall Whiteman of Wichita; 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Father Dies In Oklahoma
Enos E. Moore, 66, Caney, father of of Linda McDaniel of Augusta, died Sunday at a Bartlesville, Okla., hospital.
His service was at 2 p.m. today at the Graves Memorial Chapel in Caney. Rev. Kenneth Hull officiate and burial was in the Sunnyside Cemetery in Caney.
A memorial has been established with the Caney First Christian Church.
He was born July 17, 1916 in Niotaze to Miles William and Lela May Dean Moore.
He married Virginia Weston June 27, 1938 in Dewey, Okla. She survives.
He was employed for 45 years with the Cities Service Gas Co. before his retirement.
He served with the army during World War II. He was a member of the First Christian Church and the Masonic Lodge there.
Other survivors include sons, Don of Oklahoma City, Okla., Enos Jr., of Tulsa, Okla., and Terry of Caney; another daughter, Jeanette Owen of Smith Center; three sisters,
Alma Myers of Anthony, Edna Seller of Tyro and Irene Robinson of Pinehurst, Idaho and 10 grandchildren.
Julia Murphy Dies At 95
Julia M. Murphy, 95, Augusta, died Monday at the Augusta Medical Complex Long Term Care Unit.
Graveside services will be at the Elmwood Cemetery at 11 a.m. Thursday. Rev. Robert Brooks will officiate.
Memorials have been established with the Augusta Medical Complex, the AMCI Long Term Care Unit, and the Augusta United Methodist Church.

She was born March 24, 1888 in Lawrenceville, Ill., to T.R. and Ada Miure Hennessy.
She married F.S. Murphy March 8, 1911 in Lawrenceville, Ill. He died in 1965.
She had lived in Augusta since 1916. She was a member of the Methodist church here.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Frank A. and Ora Murphy of Augusta; a daughter-in-law, Mary B. Murphy of Lawrence; a sister, Mary E. Hennessy of Augusta; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Two sons, Donald B. and Jim G., also preceded her in death.
