Carl 0. Bell

Carl 0. Bell, 92, Douglass, retired carpenter and farmer, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004.
Funeral service arrangements were pending this morning.
Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 6, at Douglass Cemetery.
He is survived by: daughter, Carol Bates of Douglass; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Docia Bell and daughter, Radine Crandall.
Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta is handling the arrangements.

Eleanor R. Ross

Eleanor R. Ross, 85, Towanda, homemaker, grandmother of Malia Linoner of Augusta, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004.
Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel in Wichita.
Survivors are: daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Gary Webb of Towanda; daughter-in-law, Kay Ross of Del City, Okla.; brothers, Gerald Vosburg of Midland, Texas, Jack Vosburg of Blackwell, Okla.; grandchildren, Russell Ross of Dallas, Texas, Kimberly Kane of Wichita, Jody Isenhower of Midwest City, Okla., Mindy Deal of Lubbock, Texas; 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: husband, J. Walter Ross; son, James W. Ross; daughter, Mary Jane Ross; brothers, Bill and R.C. Vosburg.
Memorial established with Fairmount United Church of Christ.
Resthaven Mortuary of Wichita has charge of the arrangements.

Cecil Turner

Retired Augusta jewelry store owner Cecil Turner, died Monday, March 1, 2004.
He was hospitalized in Wichita for injuries suffered in a traffic accident earlier this year.
Funeral arrangements were pending this morning at the Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.

Anna I. Genter

Anna I. Genter, 68, Augusta, retired registered nurse, died Monday, March 1, 2004.
Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, at Hillside Funeral Chapel in Augusta.
Survivors are: sons, William Walker of Augusta, Leslie Walker of El Dorado, Michael Walker of Hutchinson, Gary Walker of Bedford Heights, Ohio, Charles Genter, Jr. of Leon; daughters, Linda McHone and Cheryl Hinds, both of Mulvane, Cindy Johnson of Rose Hill, Leanna Ehler of Elkhorn,. Iowa; brother, Norman Maggard of Augusta; sister, Bessie Cowles of Augusta; 18 grandchildren; 16 greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: husband, Charles Genter; daughter, Janice Mendenhall; parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Memorial established with Heartland Home Health & Hospice, 1410 N. Woodlawn, Derby, 67037.

There will be no viewing.
Survivors include a daughter, Carol Bates of Douglass; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by wife, Docia; daughter, Raedine Crandall, nine brothers and sisters.
