Earlene Wilkie
Earlene (Medlock) Wilkie, 85, Wichita, piano instructor and composer, mother of Marcia Galvan of Augusta, died Sunday, May 23, 2004.
Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 28, at All Faiths Funeral Chapel in Wichita.
Other survivors include: brother, Harvey Evans of Baltimore,* Md.; son, Dennis Wilkie of Wichita; two grandsons; two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, John Medlock.
Arrangements under the direction of All Faiths Funeral Chapel of Wichita.

Homemaker Sarah J. Dotson, 82, Augusta, died Monday, May 24, 2004.
Service arrangements were pending this morning with Hillside Funeral Home in Augusta.

Charles Martin Macy, 72, Augusta, retired Wichita Fire Department captain, died
today.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 28, at Hillside Funeral Home Chapel in Augusta.
Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Charles M., Jr. and Lisa Macy of Andover; daughter and son-in-law, Victoria and Bill Hayden of Augusta; uncle, Earl Macy of Littleton, Colo.; grandchildren, Nicole and Adam Taylor, Nathan Macy, Carmon and Lee Davidson, Crystal and Jesse Turner; great-grandchild, Jordan Taylor.
Memorial established with Hospice Care of Kansas, 3241 E. Victor Place, Wichita, 67208.
Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta is handling the arrangements.
Violet Thornton
Violet M. Thornton, 88, Augusta, died Thursday, 't June 3, 2004. s Her funeral service will be S 2 p.m. Monday, June 7, at Augusta’s First Christian ' Church, 1600 State.
Visitation will be possible between 3 and 5 p.m. I Sunday, June 6, at the Dunsford Funeral Home.
She was born June 23, 1915 in Wheaton as the daughter of Farmer and Esther Force.
On June 6, 1938, she and Humphrey “Hump” Thornton . were married at Emporia. He preceded her in death Jan. 3 of this year.
Mrs. Thornton loved cooking, sewing, flower gardening, and spending time with her friends and family. She and Hump loved to vacation in Colorado and Arkansas.
She was a retired cook of Garfield Elementary School and worked there during the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Daryl; and Robin Thornton of Augusta; daughters and sons-in-law Claudia and Ray Dunbar of Wichita, Carol and Ray Smith of Belle Plaine; nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, four great-grandsons, and four step great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Thornton was also preceded in death by her parents, brothers Ivan and Dale, sisters Mary, Marguerite, Edith and an infant son, Tommy Neil.
A memorial fund has been arranged with First Christian Church.
Marvin Reeves
Marvin Owen Reeves, 70, Augusta, died May 25, 2004.
His graveside funeral service will be 9 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at the Andover Cemetery.
There are no survivors.
Arrangements were made by the Broadway Mortuary of Wichita.

Austin and Brandon Clark, infant twin sons of Dale and Michelle Clark, died Wednesday, June 2, 2004.
Funeral services were pending this morning at the Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta.

Austin and Brandon Clark, infant twin sons of Dale and Michelle Clark died Wednesday in Augusta.
Services will be Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery.
Survivors include their parents, Dale and Michelle Clark, three brothers; Ryan, Justin and Tyler, and six sisters; Stefanie, Stacie, Jennifer, Leslie, Breanna, and Megan. Paternal grandparent Darylean Clark of Haysville; maternal grandparents Jack and Jody Lawson of Augusta, and great grandfather Alfred Ross of Andover. They were preceded in death by a grandfather, W. R. Clark.
Hillside Chapel of , Augusta is in charge of arrangements.
