Alta M. “Sally” Morain, 90, Augusta, homemaker, died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta.
Visitation from 4 to 8 this evening.
Survivors include: husband, George; daughters and husbands, Shirley and Joe McNulty of Gardner, Diana and Jerry Lawson of Augusta; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by son, William Otis and daughter, Alta May.
Memorial donation may be made to Cumberland Church Building Fund.
Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta has charge of the arrangements.
‘Maggie’ Hundemer
Ruth Louise “Maggie” Hundemer, 82, Huntsville, Texas, homemaker, formerly of Augusta, died on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2004.
Mass and funeral service was held Tuesday in Houston. Interment was at Brookside Cemetery in Houston.
Survivors are: sons, Barry, Jim, Mark and Scott; 14 grandchildren; nine greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents, Roy Kurban and Catherine Marie Kurban, and husband, Louis Hundemer.
Arrangements were under the direction of Sam Houston Funeral Home of Huntsville, Texas.
Keith Ray John
Keith Ray John, 53, Wichita, master electrician and carpenter, father and father-in-law of Audrey and Matthew Malone of Augusta, died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004.
Rosary at 7 p.m. Friday; service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Wichita.
Visitation with family from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West in Wichita.
Other survivors are: wife, Theresa; daughters, Brooke John of Overland Park, April Ahlers of Bedford, Texas; brothers, Jerry John and Jimmy John, both of Garden City; two grandchildren.
Memorials established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
Downing & Lahey Mortuary West of Wichita is handling the arrangements.

Elizabeth Dennett, 88, Augusta, died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004.
Service arrangements were pending this morning with Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.
Harold D. Martin
Harold D. Martin, 74, Augusta, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004. Harold retired as a bus driver for Village Charters, a gas transport driver for Mobil, and also a janitor for the City of Augusta.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug 28 at Headley Funeral Chapel in Augusta. Visitation from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 27, at the funeral chapel.
On Feb. 17, 1951 he married Mary L. Arnold in Bentonville, Ark. She survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: sons, Gene and wife, Charlotte Martin of Wichita, Harold and his wife, Anita Martin of Springdale, Ark., Mike and his wife, Jyneen Martin of Augusta; brothers, Dud Martin of Sigourney, Iowa, Jim Woody of Haven; sister, Bonnie Johnson of Douds, Iowa; grandchildren, Jordan Martin, Leah Martin, Cody Martin, Emma Terry, Jason Shaw, Nathan Martin, Clayton Martin, Monica Martin, and William Martin; six great-grandchildren.
Family requests donations to the Augusta Senior Center or the Leukemia Society of America. Arrangements are under the direction of Headley Funeral Chapel of Augusta.
