George Worrell
George A. Worrell, Sr., 86, Leon, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004. He was an auctioneer with Worrell Auction and Real Estate, a farmer and stockman.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 1, at Leon United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Leon Cemetery.
Survivors are: wife, Violet of the home; sons, George Worrell, Jr. and John Worrell, both of Leon, Steve Worrell of Wichita, David Worrell of Andover; brother, Lloyd Worrell, Jr. of Pratt; 16 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Francis Carl and Janie (Nicholas) Worrell; son, Dent; three brothers and two sisters.
Memorial donations may be made to Leon United Methodist Church.
Carlson Funeral Home of El Dorado is handling the arrangements.

Charlotte H. (Honer) Brown, 78, Augusta, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2004, when she passed away peacefully in her sleep.
Friends may greet the family from 10 to 11 a.m. before the memorial service beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 4, at
James J. Terry Funeral Home in Downingtown, Pa.
Charlotte was born in Philadelphia, Pa., the daughter of the late Charles Sr. and Charlotte (Ellis) Honer. She was a loving parent, sister, homemaker and cat owner, who enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by: daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and Steve Miceli of Downingtown, Pa. and Charlene and Matt Kuzma, Sr. of Rose Hill; grandsons, Matthew Kuzma, Jr., Lucas Kuzma and Stephen Miceli;
four brothers, Charles Honer, Jr. of Gettysburg, Pa., William Honer of Weber City, Va., Albert Honer of West Chester, Pa., and David Honer of Atlanta, Ga.; sister, Virginia Wittier of Lorraine, ILL
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Brown, Sr. in 1983 and her son, Earl Brown, Jr. in 1978.
Memorials are suggested to your local Humane Society.
Headley Funeral Chapel of Augusta has direction of local arrangements.

Dorothy Anderson, 83, Douglass, homemaker, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2004.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 3, at the Douglass First Christian Church.
Survivors include: son, A. Phil Anderson of Douglass; daughters, Rhonda Perkins of Landcaster, Calif., Beverly Wolcott of Bend, Ore., and Karen Anderson of Longview, Texas; sister, Joyce Phillips of Mesquite, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Elmer; son, Warren; one brother and three sisters.
Memorials have been established with First Christian Church, 303 E. Fourth, Douglass, 67039, and American Red Cross Bluestem Chapter, 312 S. Main, El Dorado, 67042.
Arrangements are under direction of Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta.
