Norma J. Bartholomew

Norma J. Bartholomew, 76, Augusta, homemaker, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2005.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 12, at Christ Lutheran Church.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8pm Tuesday, Jan. 11 at Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel
Survivors include: niece, Leslie Wood of Augusta; god son, James E. “Jeb” Burress of Augusta; brother-in-law, Chuck Hutchinson of Augusta.
Norma started the Red Hat Society in Augusta.
She was preceded in death by husband, Richard and son, Mark.
Memorials to Plane of Mercy, in care of Median Shrine Temple, American Heart Association, or American Cancer Society.
Arrangements are under the direction of Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.

Wanda J. Klazura

Homemaker Wanda Josephine Klazura, 87, Augusta, died peacefully Thursday, Jan. 13, 2005.
A rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at St. James Catholic Church in Augusta.
Funeral mass will be at Holy Innocents Catholic Church in Chicago, ILL and interment will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles, ILL on Jan. 18 with Walter L. Sojka Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Klazura was born March 17,1917 in Chicago to Joseph and Maryann (Sojka) Marzec. She married Adam Klazura in 1934.
Her survivors are: sons, Jerry (Dianne) of Andover, David of Denver; daughter, Roberta Mendenhall of Los Gatos, Calif.; brother, Dennis Lechniak of Oregon; sister, Irene Zalewski of Roselle, ILL.; 10 grandchildren; 19 greatgrandchildren .
She was an active supporter of EWTN. Memorial contributions should be made to EWTN (205-271-2989) or Catholic Mass intentions for the repose of her soul, or A Better Choice Crisis Pregnancy Center (316-685-5757).
Headley Funeral Chapel of Augusta is in charge of local arrangements.

Wayne L. Critchfield

Wayne L. Critchfield, 73, Andover, cab driver and United States Air Force veteran, died Friday, Jan. 7, 2005.
Funeral service with military 5 honors will be held at 2 p.m. on a Monday, Jan. 17, at Andover Cemetery.
Viewing 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15 and from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 16, at
Hillside Funeral Home in Augusta.
Survivors include: brother, Jay of Andover, children, John, Coyce, June, and Julie; two grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta.

Jauneita Ayers

Jauneita V. Ayers, 87, Augusta, died Wednesday, Jan 12, 2005.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 14; funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, both at Hillside Funeral Home in Augusta. Burial will be in the Leon Cemetery.
Jauneita was born April 3, 1917, in Argonia. She and her husband lived near Leon many years before moving to Augusta in 1968.
Her survivors are: son, Terry Ayers of Fishers, Ind.; daughters, Norma Ayers of Wichita and Wanda Thompson of El Dorado; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Memorials to the Augusta Senior Center are suggested.
Hillside Funeral Home of Augusta has charge of the arrangements.
