Aubrey Price Dies At 75
Aubrey Harold Price, 75, lifelong resident of Atlanta, died Sunday, Jan. 3, at Newton Memorial Hospital in Winfield.
His service will be at graveside Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 2 p.m. in the Douglass Cemetery. The Rev. John Martin will officiate.
Price was bom April 20, 1906 to Ernest Price and Florence Mae Barnes Price. Price was a retired farmer.
He is survived by a brother, Ernest Price Jr. of Atlanta, and by a sister, Leotia Cottongim of Mound Valley.
The Hilyard-Smith Mortuary of Douglass is in charge of arrangements.

Rev. O. Hussmann Dies In Nebraska
Rev. Otto Hussmann, who served as the first minister of the Christ Lutheran Church in Augusta, died Sunday morning in Grand Island, Neb.
Services will be at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Grand Island Thursday.
Rev. Hussmann graduated in 1929 from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Mo. He began his ministerial service in Augusta in 1933.

Mother Dies in Rose Hill
Barbara Ellen Coats, 89, El Dorado, mother of Louise Darter of Douglass, died today at the Heritage Village in Rose Hill.
Her services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Dunsford Funeral Home. Father David Cushing will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
She was bom April 14, 1892 in St. Mary, Pa., to Nick and Mary Gibbons Finkler.
She married Ralph R. Coats March 8, 1910 in Ohio. He preceded her in death in 1940.
She was a member of the St. James Catholic Church.
Other survivors include a son, Todd Coats of Andover; a brother, Frank Finkler of El Dorado; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Ex-Augustan Dies In Wichita
Katherine Margaret Wood, 78, Wichita, formerly of Augusta, died today at St. Joseph Medical Center in Wichita.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Elmwood Cemetery.
She was bom Sept. 3, 1903 in Texas.
She married Heywood J. Jones who preceded her in death in 1947. She married A.A. Wood who also preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include a son, Heywood Francis Jones of Wichita.
