Deloris McAuley, 64, Augusta, died Tuesday, May 17, 2005.
Service arrangements were pending this morning with Headley Funeral Chapel of Augusta.
Paul T. Taylor
Paul T. Taylor, 32, Derby, former employee of Blue Parrot Books in Wichita, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2005.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 19, at Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta. Those planning to attend should use the 12th Street entrance.
Viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, at Headley Funeral Chapel in Augusta.
Paul was born in El Dorado on July 13, 1972, the son of Richard Allen and Linda Sue (White) Taylor of Derby. In addition to his parents, he is survived by: sister, Angela Kernell and her husband, Monte of
Lubbock, Texas; grandmother, Gladys Taylor of Augusta; uncles and aunts, Stanley and Cleota Taylor, Janis and Dale Swafford, Ruth and Norman Watson, all of Augusta,- Aunt Jo White of Sierra Vista, Ariz.
Memorials to Parallax Program, Inc., 3410 E. Funston, Wichita, 67218.
Arrangements are under the direction of Headley Funeral Chapel of Augusta.
Wayne Strubhar
Wayne Strubhar, 49, formerly of Wichita, brother of Dorothy Walker of Augusta, died on May 12, 2005 in Wash.
Other survivors are: mother, Ethel Dujardin of Wash.; sister, Karen Monroe of Okla.; brothers, Dave and Sam of Wichita, Donald of Ore.; grandparents, Helen and George West of Wash.
He was preceded in death by his father, George and sister, Barbara Raun.
Flowers and condolences may be sent to 464 E. Broadway in Augusta.
Deloris R. McAuley
Deloris R. McAuley, 64, Augusta, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2005.
Closed casket visitation from 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday, with family to greet friends from 6 to 8; service at 10 a.m. Friday, May 20, all at Headley Funeral Chapel in Augusta.
Deloris was bom in Alva, Mo., on Jan. 13, 1941. She worked as a dietary manager at Lakepoint Nursing Home. On July 1, 1966, she married Darrell McAuley in Augusta. They were married for 39 years.
In addition to her husband, Darrell, she is survived by: three daughters, Darrelynn Yeager and her husband, Marty, Deadrea “Deeder” McAuley and Dustin McAuley, all of Augusta; sisters, Anita McBee and Chrissy Bear, both of Augusta and Claudine Henrie of Benton; grandchild, Morgan Rae Yeager.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Arnold and Marrian Hopper; and her twin sister, Doris Mae Hopper.
Memorials in lieu of flowers to Hospice Care of Kansas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Headley Funeral Chapel of Augusta.
Neva Butcher
Neva Butcher, 89, Mulvane, homemaker, mother and mother-in-law of Don and Debbie Butcher of Douglass, died on Monday, May 16, 2005.
Visitation until 8 p.m. this evening and service at 2 p.m. Thursday, both at Senter-Smith - Mortuary in Mulvane.
Other survivors are: son, Harold of Garland, Texas; daughters, Venita Stotts of Pittsburg and Vera Diller of Mulvane; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nolan; sons, Wilmer and Oran; parents, Orlie and Katie Barker.
Memorials to Villa Maria.
Arrangements are being handled by Senter-Smith Mortuary of Mulvane.
