Jerry Dean Jolly
Jerry Dean Jolly, 67, Wichita, Premier Foods food broker representative, brother and brother-in-law of Thomas and Bobbi Jolly of Augusta, died on Friday, Dec. 30, 2005.
Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening; funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, both at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel in Wichita.
Other survivors include: daughter, Traci Messer of Humble, Texas; mother-in-law and husband, June and Elmer Wortman of Wichita; sister, Patricia West of Marysville; six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta K. and daughter, Debra Ann.
Memorial established with Heartland Hospice, 3243 E. Murdock, Ste. 500, Wichita, 67208.
Kermitt L. Burnett
Kermitt L. Burnett, 73, Andover, retired (43 years of service) Boeing machinist, father and father-in-law of Detta L. and Gene Sowers of Augusta, died on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2005.
Funeral service was held this morning, Jan. 3, 2006, at Andover United Methodist Church.
He was a United States Navy veteran and was a member of Andover United Methodist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and American Legion.
Other survivors include: wife, Lovetta M. Burnett; daughter, Dianna (Rick) Smith; grandchildren, Tina (Matt) Wright, Tony Solt; brother, Ron Burnett of Austin, Texas; numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be to Andover UMC Building Fund or ALS Foundation.
Arrangements were under the direction of Lakeview Funeral Home in Wichita.

Roy E. Watkins
Roy E. Watkins, 79, rural Douglass, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2006.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5, at the First Baptist Church in Douglass.
Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, at Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta.
He was born on Feb. 21, 1926 in Aline, Okla.
Roy married Pauline L. Phillips on June 12, 1944, in Wichita. She preceded him in death on June 5, 2002.
He was a painter for Cessna Aircraft for 14 years and farmed with his sons until retirement. He was also a Southern Baptist pastor for several years.
His survivors are: wife, Mary of the home; children, Joy Detwiler and husband, Gary of Winfield, Rhonda Hall of Augusta, Roger and wife, Sharon of Douglass, Randy of Douglass, Zeta of Park City, Belinda of Ponca City, Okla., and Perry and wife, Shelly of Douglass; step children, Rita and husband, Kevin, Larry and wife,
Kindra, and Michelle and husband, Brent, all of Wichita; 20 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 11 step grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren.
Memorial has been established with the First Baptist Church of Douglass and Hospice Care of Kansas.
Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta is in charge of the arrangements.

Thea Maxine Colip, 91, Norton, mother and mother-in-law of Diana and Bill Ohman of Augusta, died on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2006.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Enfield Funeral Home in Norton.
Other survivors are her son, Bruce and his wife, Marilyn of Norton; six grandchildren; eight greatgrandchildren.
