Jane Richardson
Jane (Taylor) Richardson, 80, Augusta, registered nurse, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008 after a long battle with cancer.
Visitation from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 20, at the First United Methodist Church, Augusta.
Jane was born to Millard Victor and Ella May (York) Taylor on Sept. 1, 1927 in Junction City. She married Warren Earl Richardson on Sept. 16, 1950 in Enterprise. Jane was an active member of the First United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women, P.E.O., TOPS, Library Brown Baggers, Republican Women, Outlook Club, played in the church bell choir, and served on the Augusta Housing Authority. She volunteered at Robinson Elementary, Meals on Wheels, the Bloodmobile
and longtime volunteer with the American Red Cross Disaster Relief.
Survivors: daughter, Linda (Jerry) Marcis, of San Ramon, Calif;
granddaughters, Kristen Marcis of Dallas, Texas, Kaley Marcis of San Ramon.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Lee Richardson; and brother, York Taylor.
Memorials designated to the First United Methodist Church or Relay For Life in care of Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home, Augusta.

Lloyd D. Emery, Jr., 51, Wichita, welder, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2008.
A private family service will be held.
He is survived by: mother, June A. Davison; brothers, Dennis D. and James C. (Kerri) Emery; sister, Rose (Dennis) L. Fowler of Augusta;
companion, Denise Maness; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Otis Davison.
Arrangements by Baker Funeral Home in Wichita.
